So after looking at some of the info I noticed that both Mythical (mentioned in the flying section) and Mystical is listed. So unless this is a mistype. I wonder if is right.
I don´t know why everyone is so sure that Balloons will be excluded. Go to youtube and you can spend an hour watching kids getting beat up by those inflatable punching bag things.

Ok, I was super skeptical about this at first, but if I'm in between pokemon game addictions, I'm definitely going to be having a blast with this.It adds a lot more life to the world, having all these critters now serving function (no pun intended)It also makes the mage's new critter polymorph glyph even more hilarious, I think.
I hope my questions aren't too stupid. 1: Will the pok'emon *ahem* I mean "Wild Pets" count towards the companion pet achievements? 2: like PVP will my companions be flagged for battle? I don't want my phoenix hatchling that took forever to get to just get ganked by some dude with a super rare pet. which brings me to ask question 3 and 43: is there a difference between companions and "wild pets"?4: Can the pet(s) die? / what happens when the pet dies? can you just re-summon it? or will you have to go get a new one? (reference question 2)5: Can I still capture the wild pets if i don't want to fight them?
Has anyone tried to catch more than one of the same pet?For instance...there are black rats, brown rats, grey rats and white rats scattered around the world...Can you have one of each?
This is one of the features I'm looking forward to in Mists when it goes retail. Though this information is still very early alpha/beta-like, I do wonder if the current companion pets will be filtered into this battle pet system. I know a lot of people have been asking about certain companions they have (such as the balloons and kites) and whether or not they will be included to the system. The only comment I have is towards the Water-type companions. Currently they are the only type of companion with the ability to heal and there is no type that deals additional damage to Water-types. Some adjustments need to be made!
TO TRAIN THEM IS MY CAAAAUUSE*epic music*
Seems like I will enjoy this very much. Lets just hope that the final boss aint Team Pocket or something!
Ohh, your my best friend...
I didn't know I could squee as loud as I just did. Huh.Way too excited for this. Way. Too. Excited.
I hope all these new pets will count towards pet achievements, so you can get 150 pets in more reasonable time than some 4 years.. without paying hundreds of thousands gold in auctionpokemon in MoP ftw!
