my thoughts also. the reality is that the reason your friends aren't playing with each other is because they are on different fractions. I would like to be able to group with my friends on the horde and vise versa.
You allready can run old Raids with friends cross realm as long as you keep the number of people below 5 ive done it with my best friend tons of times hes on anubarak and im on deathwing. The trick is summon the person intp the raid and your good. :) so pretty much useless unless they decide to add DS so i can raid with old guild
I'd love for being able to do rated arenas or bgs with real ID friends if they are same faction ofc. But it doesn't seem possible for now
It doesn't even mention about being able to do arena
Question is - does it only work with RealID people?I don't have friends on other servers (at least not that I know of) and I can't see myself adding people willy-nilly either.Personally...I'm leery of RealID. It would be better if you could associate a WoW login independent email address for RealID friends, because you may not know them terribly well. Giving someone your RealID means you're giving them your login email.Yes, I could add an authenticator, but I'd rather keep my login to myself. Period.
i would love to hear about a date for this? im currently gearing 70 twinks in heroics atm waiting for 4.3.2 to come so i can start raiding with them in our twink guild.... so date anyone tyvm :)
Aweful, afweful, aweful. I'm not making my personal information searchable online so I can raid, so someone can sell the data. :( Everyone should get this feature. This is a money grab. Plain and simple. :(
very goood :D
This is good, can finally raid with my friends who left my realm ages ago.. be good to catch up with those bads :).
Have you ever guys thought about that this is made to unite the all realms because they are losing popularity and customers? Dont hate me please its the truth :)
More will leave before MoP as well, and Real ID is just one reason among others to leave.Sad, because WoW has so much potential than to watch it wither on the vine.
