Under the Assasinate Creed part, in the notes... you forgot to add a "]" to close out the spell.
Thanks, fixed it :P
Very good job! Love it!
This initial stage does not require players to raid--it's a great way for all types of players to experience some unique questing and loreDoesn't the fact that you need to pickpocket a raid mob mean that raiding is required for the first part? Even though you don't have to clear up to the boss yourself it still does require raiding in one form or another. Though I must say that it is nice selling pick pockets.I just wish the caster staff was more like this and didn't seem to be so slow. I'm just about to get the 391 staff after the first person in the guild to start stopped raiding after getting around 500 seething cinders. And the first part took the 25 eternal embers. Nice for the rogues but makes me wish I could have it nice too =p.I just hope I can keep firelands interest in my guild going for the next 3 or so months so I can get the last part done.
Pretty simple and easy to overview, well done as always! Will be looking to grab this pretty soon.
You can zone into a partially-cleared raid, pickpocket Hagara, and zone out. Multiple rogues can do this in the same instance, as long as she's reset after each pickpocket. I guess technically you do have to *zone* in to raid, but it doesn't involve killing any bosses or learning strategies :)
Strange. I thought there was some sort of hard limit on how many times you can pick pocket her within a lockout.
Any advice for someone not in a raiding guild to get a raid to pause on Hagara to let me pickpocket? I assume a generous tip would be involved. Thanks.
Just ask the higher end guilds you see on your server. If you're not sure who to ask, looking at wowprogress.com for your specific faction and server can be a big help. Just make sure you're prepared to enter the raid when they need you (ie don't be in a 5man, don't be doing dailies, etc). Most guilds would want a tip, but it doesn't have to be much anymore. 1-2k should be enough as it only takes the guild 5 minutes to get you in and out, and they're usually prepping for the fight over that period of time (positioning, swapping players, etc).
exactly.. that is how I was able to do this. On my server on Wyrmrest Accord, 2k was the asking price. I already had the cash put aside so i didn't feel put out and worried.
Nice guide! But does anyone know why the caster Staff is only iLevel 397 and the 2 melee Daggers have iLevel 416? o.OAre iLevel 403/410 Weapons from Deathwing better than the legendary Staff?
Nice guide! But does anyone know why the caster Staff is only iLevel 397 and the 2 melee Daggers have iLevel 416? o.OAre iLevel 403/410 Weapons from Deathwing better than the legendary Staff? The staff is from an earlier tier, so its ilvl is lower, but since it scales with the rest of your gear its prolly still gonna be better than FL gear (like val'anyr was)
Nice guide, sad part is blizzard only makes weapons weapons for 1 class or role t.t
We got seven rogues thru a straight up PuG put together just for clearing the trash on someones 3/8 lockout and then rotating rogues thru for the pickpocketing… This was on Sen'jin, where the Trade Chat trolls thought it would never come together…!
Has the last cutscene been datamined?
I'd just to add in that combat is definately the spec to go for killing Creed. I tried about 5 times in Mut to kill him, but failed. I hearth, respec combat once, then one shot it in gear reforged for mut, and using 2 daggers I used for mut. (I didn't even adrenaline rush, killing spree, kidney, or gouge him once and had no problems taking the damage or killing him in a timely fashion. )

When Nalice casts Arcane Infused Weapon I also used Dismantle along with Kidney Shot and Blind to block the spell.
