Going to sign up and make an account now. Glad to see that Wowhead supports whats been going on with TOR, I've heard some uncanny rumors, but it's nice to see there's a flip side to that.Keep up the good work you all are doing. :)May the Force be with us.
Made my day when I saw this news about TORHead. I'm a lover of wowhead already, so i'm gonna be all over this from day 1 forward =)
Ooooh, sweet I was hoping you guys would do this. With the success of wowhead, torhead will be just as successful imo.
ZOMG ON-TOPIC QUESTION! Will my wowhead account enable me to login into torhead? I'd prefer not to make multiple accounts... not that I'm going to play TOR, but if I would, then it'd be convenient.
Ok im convinced..when can i start playing this game? Anyone know a release date or can i get into beta?
You guys should do a site for DCUO! SW:TOR is okay, but theres a lot of little things that I find annoying. Would totally play if it were F2P. As it stands, DCUO is far from perfect, but super fun and F2P (plus there is like almost ZERO real information out there outside of the forum and the weak wiki.)
It would be sweet if there was a TorheadNews.com for you to post this on, both so people who are all into TOR can read it there, and so we don't have to read it here.I love the site, but I don't come here for TOR news, I come here for WoW news. If "Wowhead News" becomes "Wowhead and also Torhead News", then there's gonna be more friction.
I'm sure when it gets released, they will make Torhead a complete site with its own news and forums etc. so I wouldn't worry about that Mikezila.Cheers.
Asakawa, will you be playing TOR once it releases, or even this weekend perhaps? I can't wait myself, and I'm sure with the opening of TorHead, you must be absolutely pumped!
Oh I'll be playing alright!
First off, I will say this: Thanks for the numerous years of letting me trawl through items and comments, some of which made me laugh so hard I have permanent nerve damage in my nose from laughing while drinking, and know I will do the same with the Torhead. Heres to Old Crappy McWeaksauce! (If you have no idea what that is, trawl people. Trawl!)Second, I think a dilemma that faces me and many, many others is this. Pandas or Jedi? I dont want to seem like I am trying to drag MoP down, but I find it hard to hype up about Pandas and no visible storyline, despite being as Vanilla as the Cornettos in my freezer. I doubt I will abandon WoW so easily, but, it is a conundrum since im looking AND liking SW:TOR, looking fresh and including, whereas WoW, day by day, seems to be trying to drag a little bit more of it up from the ground around its ankles. (Not flaming it, just, my interpretation.)I am just curious if anyone else finds themselves torn like two sides of a rack since MMOs are an integral part of their lifestyle.Peace out.
@Nathanyal, your point rings true. Being a student I am naturally poor, seems to be a law of physics or something. But yes, a break may be welcome. I would have quoted your statement, but I dont know how to work the quote function in the chat box. Go figure.
Also after Trawling through the Talent Trees on Torhead, I will express my sadness at there being no Makashi form talent..."Slumps to floor and grumbles".
It'll be more awesome if instead of torhead, the new site is named torsticles.Motto: the SWTOR site with balls!
