General Bug Fixes
Silvia is still going to get and use it...
25% reduced healing is back.:(
Hurricane has a new updated visual effect. How about you make this a functional spell again and not just add an effect.
I wonder if the reasoning behind the legendary's nerf is pvp? I'm nowhere near acquiring it myself, but I think the people who got it (read Arcane mages) deserve to be OP in pvp even for a while. We all had to suck it up during WotLK when Shadowmourne raped our faces. It isn't even going to be a relevant piece of gear before long. :\"
Nice to see Wound Poison has use again. -10% healing was pretty much useless. Now return 's -30% HoT effect please. Oh and really Blizz, just remove Fear already, because you've pretty much made it completely useless now.
25% reduced healing?Could pvp be becoming more balanced? :o
Dragonwrath needed to be nerfed. It is justified. It will also most likely stay BiS for the rest of the expansion.
Not really happy about the Dragonwrath nerf, I would think it could be nerfed two patches after it's release, but this seems too quick... It's ilvl is the same as regular raid gear in 4.3, it should stay viable throughout the rest of the next patch... if it is due to PvP, I'm annoyed. lol
Dragonwrath should at least be viable through 4.3, but yes - not be much better. Consider that it was/is taking most of 4.2 to obtain, and... then to get nerfed when some finally obtain it. What a bummer. However, it's slightly odd when in comparison, Val'anyr was buffed for ICC (a few itemlevels). The proc itself might be the tipping factor here, so perhaps we'll see an ilevel increase, while the buff is being scaled a minor bit down.
At least the proc remains useful unlike some OTHER legendary (yes, this is singular).
"For PvPers, it seems many classes have received buffs to abilities like Mortal Strike that reduce healing received on enemy targets. "thank god though with the amount of resilience you can get now you do not even need healers anymore but boy do they make it a pain
