Like many of his fellow Highborne, Peroth'arn swore allegiance to the corrupted Xavius in exchange for gifts of demonic power. As a master of fiendish magic and recipient of the satyr curse, Peroth'arn stands outside Azshara's palace in defense of the Burning Legion, ready to destroy those hoping to disrupt the entrance of the Dark Titan, Sargeras, into Azeroth.
The songs of Queen Azshara's beauty, majesty, and power are too numerous to count, but it was her vanity that drove the Highborne to summon the Burning Legion. She now watches her most trusted magi empower the portal where Sargeras will be brought into Azeroth, content to let multitudes of her servants die in advance of the Dark Titan's arrival.
how does mannoroth escape? or does he escape? cause if he dies here it means cenarius never dies neither does grom the orcs never corrupted by the blood and would not have the surge of energy they got from the blood and they would be no match for the full might of the alliance the wars would end early and many of the alliance heroes would still be alive as a result thats one big ripple effect
So from what my sleepy brain can put together, this WotA is a diffident time wave/line/tree branch/magical muffin pony thing were Rhonin, Broxigar and Krasus didn't get time magicked back in time. This is similar to the time line thing type thing Thrall went to in the TotA book were he had died as a baby and the world was completely different. side note the Twilight Hammers were able to pull Aedelas Blackmoore out of that time line to ours, why cant that be done for Krasus? I was really sad when he died. Also the magical muffin pony dose exist, its just you only can see him if you believe in him (like Narnia or never never land) or are soo sleep deprived that your about to face plant into your keyboard.
The fact is Illidan's lore and timelines are so screwed up at this point there is really no logical way to make sense of anything to do with him. Technically he was a mage before the War of the Ancients, a true highborne aristocratic type. Some lore say that during the war he becomes consumed with destroying demons and becomes the first Demon Hunter, but that's mostly been redacted, probably because there is no Demon Hunter class or faction and barely any reference to Demon Hunters in game. In Warcraft 3, when initially introduced, it leads you to a sense that the Demon Hunter is kinda like the Knights of the Silver Hand, some sort of military order designed to, oddly, hunt demons. That got scrapped though. The whole Azzinoth lore also seemed to disappear too, which is kinda sad since an epic fight against a truly powerful demon would have really given the character a bit of heroic depth, mostly because hes shipped off to the Night Elf prison (barrow dens?) which also disappears from lore too. There's also the vials from the well of eternity, he took 3 vials but it seems like hes used about 15 at this point. They have referenced him being demonicly corrupted at the conclusion of the War of the Ancients, in theory Stage 3 of the Mannoroth fight above, but also saying that he was just misunderstood until the Skull of Guldan corrupted him. Then there's all kinds of lore loops regarding his assault on Icecrown Citadel, some saying he died in the attempt and then getting redacted so he could be the greater villain in TBC. oh and there's the in and out again storyline of a triangle romance between the Stormrage brothers and Tyrande.. generally that's redacted out.. the High Priestess needs better morale standing i suppose. So basically its hard to tell what the official core lore is for him, but that seems to happen to any character that is long running in WoW.. or has an instance in Caverns of Time..
This ability must be kicked.Bad habits should be kicked. Abilities should be interrupted.Just sayin'.
is it me or when we get in the dung we get something like nelf illusion?
jesus christ SO many demons........
I am both very excited and very concerned. This really could go either way *crosses fingers* here's hoping for the best!
Well it's Awesome that Illidan is back, Pretty much everybody that play wow or Wc3 loved him so i think it's awesome.Next Illidan is mele and range attacker when he Tramform in to a demon he Cast, and when hes range or mele he can cast mana burn, So Worgenator hes not really a mage with a damn staff.. hes more like a Rogue Warrior Class with powers with magic like a pala but he can Tramsfrom and use dark and demon powers, and he was a demon hunter on Wc3 so yeah..( Anyway Great Work Blizzard ) ( Illidan Rocks ) ! ! And Keep up the good work!
