A music section? I am in heaven!

Brb, checking out the Hunter threads.
I sense a large amount of potential QQ in this sector.
Wow. Hunter thread is vicious lol.
I sense a large amount of potential QQ in this sector./sighs :Ssadly most of the class threads are little more than a way for several people to vent their frustrations with their respective class, demanding buffs while providing almost no feedback.just see this example (From the third page on the Death Knight feedback page. What are your biggest quality-of-life issues? For instance, no longer requiring ammo could be considered a quality-of-life improvement for hunters.JUST BUFF UNHOLY DEATH KNIGHTS, I BEG OF YOU!What makes playing your class less fun?UNHOLY DOES NO WHERE AS MUCH A FROST. WHICH IS UNFAIR! FROST PRESS LIKE 2 BUTTONS FOR 25k DPS WHILE I PRESS A WHOLE ROTATION!How do you feel about your “rotation”? (Rotation is the accepted order in which abilities are used to maximum efficiency.)TO BE HONEST THE SHADOW/PHYSICAL PORTION OF OUR DAMAGE NEEDS A SERIOUS BUFFING!What’s on your wish list for your class?I WANT UNHOLY DEATH KNIGHTS TO BE BUFFED! 20% STRENGTH DIDNT EVEN MAKE A HUGE DIFFERENCE!/facepalm.
Sure are a lot of my rotation is too hard...
@the unholy qq post.. lol, i play unholy and i honestly like taking more skill than frost, and it doesnt help that this person was probably a little young and obviously immature.
It makes me feel obliged to actually go provide some feedback. Unfortunately, I am going to pass on hunter, not cause I have anything to qq about, but I just have some serious problems with the major changes hunters have incurred. I do sort of have a soft spot for the old days of using mana, and having a nice shot rotation where Arcane Shot wasn't a dump, and Beast Mastery actually meant something. But that's just more one persons' opinion, I am sure some other people probably like those changes.
@the unholy qq post.. lol, i play unholy and i honestly like taking more skill than frost, and it doesnt help that this person was probably a little young and obviously immature. The latter doesn't necessarily requires the former.Having said that, Unholy isn't really that much more complex than frost, all in all just as frost is all about using Obli+HB+FS and the ocational PS, Unholy is all about using SS+FS+DC and the ocational Dark Transformation.still 4 skills, its the timing that matters, since unholy isn't as dependant of RNG as frost is.Unholy does has several disadvantages against frost.A: they depend on a pet for a lot of their DPS, hence if the pet dies, the DK loses about 30% of his/her damage. To keep the ghoul alive, we have to lose DPS since we need to spend RP on Death coils to heal them. It should be more like hunters and warlocks, since hunters dont lose focus on mend pet, and locks can heal their pets pasively with that demonology talent. Having a way to passively heal the ghoul via disease damage could fix this.B: their DPS has a ramp up time, and requires diseases to actually BE effective. This means, against non-elite mobs and trash in heroics, there isn't enough time to build up a decent amount of damage. Compare that to frost that has a really big burst, and a rather strong AoE and you get the idea why its more popular. Frost does requires diseases too, but if they dont have them, they still do decent damage, Unholy on the other hand, without diseases is pretty much screwed.C: and this is the biggie, their mastery is very weak. Frost actually deals most of its damage as frost (The Frost Fever dot, howling blast, frost strike, and if u're dualwielding, the weapon damage component of Razorice) but unholy doesn't have as much shadow damage (Death Coil, Blood Plage, and the shadow half of SS) therefore, their mastery scales lower than Frost'sSo yhea, that general misconception of "Frost is a dumb faceroll spec" and "unholy requires more brain" is unfounded. Both use the same number of skills, and if anything unholy is actually easier because thanks to runic corruption, they dont have any RNG in regards of their rune recharge, nor are they so dependant on lucky strings to do stronger DPS.
I'm more worried about getting a repeat of the last game-wide class feedback from 2 years ago; it was nothing more than a PR stunt to make Blizzard look as if they gave a damn.I'm sure the feedback was read and sent around, but in the end they didn't do anything with it; if anything, GC just wrote long-winded posts about how fun but unrealistic most of the feedback was, like "thanks, but you got it all wrong and here's why we're already doing so much more than you think! Also, don't forget to buy your Blizzcon tickets!".
"Call of the Elements" is an absolute MASTERPIECE!Me wants MOAR of "Call of the Elements"!
This is my cool story, bro moment:Oh boy, a chance to post my feedback on the Hunter class, which is mostly my one chance to get my Rhumba idea out there, and the devs promise they will read it!Writes a long, well-thought out postForum: PREVIEWING EATS YOUR POST NOM NOM DELICIOUSFine, I'll rewrite it in a text editor first this time.Forum: ERROR: TOO MANY CHARACTERSGod fine I'll make it 2 posts so the first post is under the 5,000 limit.Forum: POST LIMIT ON THREAD REACHED BECAUSE MORONS FILLED IT WITH GARBAGE And it's highly unlikely they'll read any of the 50 continuation threads that have popped up!OTL
I hate that the char limit is 5000. I would've posted a monumentally large amount of stuff.
