Thanks for the write up!
I gotta say this. I love the guides you guys have been doing lately. The work is appreciated. :D
Excellent info. I'll definitely keep this one in mind when the new patch comes out.
I thought perculia was the guide-writer. Oh well.
I thought perculia was the guide-writer. Oh well.Read Argent's titles. <Editor, Moderator, Blogger> As in, he writes guides/blogs as well =P
As the senior volunteer blogger, I try to put up a guide every week, as well as helping Ashelia write descriptions for other articles like the new hunter pets. My primary role is a blogger, but occasionally I help Argent with editor things like updating the profession and boss strat articles. Argent's the senior volunteer editor, so he writes many more database articles than I do, but he also helps out with guides now and then. We both have editor/blogger/moderator privileges, if that clears it up :)
Plus, I used to be the primary guide writer (seasonal events notwithstanding) until recently :)
Regardless of who wrote it, Thanks, the both of you :)
Just fought the Ancient Charscale today, he also uses two moves - Line of Fire, and Javelin Breach.
I had Firelord today again :( I know I've done all of the lieutenants, but I've been killing the Firelord for so long, I couldn't remember anything. Thanks for pointing those out :)
I started reading and then stopped already.Actually, does require certain (random) quests, as stated in a comment on its wowhead page. Only the squirrel does not require a specific quest. Also, an addition to the section, it would seem that it needs to be your own summon. Especially in the first days, many people will do these dailies, so just summon it again if you didn't get credit for the achievement.
Yea, I suspected this to be trickier. I'll update.
Can anyone give insight into how gated the dailies are. According to my calculations it will take three weeks of dailies before you will be able to unlock the people who sell you the various patterns and equipment. (Not sure what the right name for them are, not rep vendors exactly). Does three weeks sound correct. How many dailies before one can enter firelands. There's a lot on nice detail but it would be nice to have a "big picture" summary somewhere.
Haha. Quite a few of the achievement names made me chuckle. Thanks for the guide =D

Part One was posted about a week ago.As they say in the guide, it will take 3 days to enter the Firelands.Day 1: Opening quests + dailies: 12 MarksDay 2: Dailies: 4 Marks (16 total)Day 3: Dailies - : 0 Marks, but + 15 for + more Dailies: 25 Marks
Good guide, lots of useful information.I kinda liked the Argent Tournament jousting though :P I thought that was the least boring part of that event. From all appearances Blizzard is continuing that kind of innovation with this event, and I always like to encourage that, even when it doesn't work out quite like they had hoped.

Thank you for the report, I updated the original blog.
Ludicrous Speed can be done while in a raid group. the raid group allows you to gain stacks from more than 2 eagles, and more than 5 owls, etc. makes it extremely easy
You dont need to abandon the quest for Ludicrous Speed. just complete the quest and you can keep flying around and pick up all types of birds again, making this achievement trivial by collecting 4 hawks.
