Before people start asking it over and over:As of 4.2, Kalec is the new Blue Dragonflight Aspect, since we killed Malygos every week for a few months.
Eh was still hoping Tyrigosa would end up as the new Aspect of Magic instead of Kalec; not that I don't love the Blue Dragon, but Tyri is a princess of the Flight while Kalec was just a male.
In your face Thrall X Jania shippers :PI'm just glad they finally gave Thrall a mate, and I can't wait for the babies! <3
I don't really like it. The romance looks forced -- and also, how the hell are Hunters supposed to interrupt those casts?Derp.
I'm calling fail if Staghelm and some druids can manage to take thrall out from under all of them. The thought that he could even stop them in place to do anything even for a second is mindboggling.
Thrall's spine, ...it's straight. He has overcome the curse of the male orc posture! Huzzah!
There was technically 3 of the Dragon Aspects Nozdormu, leader of the Bronze Flight (making his first current lore debut), Alexstrasza, Leader of the Red Flight and Ysera, Leader of the Green Flight. With Malygos' death, the mantle of Leader of the Blue Flight will also most likely fall to Kalecgos, though this is part of the Tarecgosa's Rest questline for another time =P
Heaven forbid you are a shadow priest trying to do this quest chain. If you swap out of Shadow form your kills/bar resets. Just throwing that out there incase anyone tries this as a Spriest and wonders wtf is going on.
The end with "I will be your mate" and cue flower petals and fireworks lol
I really loved the quest line, but the lore just isn't nearly as strong if the player hasn't read The Shattering. From purely an in-game perspective, you have no idea who Aggra is, and it seems very sudden that Thrall would up and marry her. As a mage it was easy to do the quest line, but I can see how some classes are going to have major problems soloing it.
Why didn't Nozdormu warn the aspects about the attack?its not like he has never meddled before.
While that may seem thin to have Fandral and his cronies steal Thrall from the WoW-version of the Justice League, notice that nobody was killed (or really hurt at all for that matter) and that whole thing was more snatch-and-scoot than direct confrontation. Fandral Staghelm was strong enough before, and certainly strong enough now, for interrupting what amounts to an epic picnic, and running away with the Thrall like Yogi Bear with a picnic basket. And the whole romance thing seems so frail and forced that Im betting Aggra eventually dies. Its just setting up for that. Unless Blizzard feels like really #$%^ing us and pulling another Fordragon with her. You know you wanna see that... "THERE MUST ALWAYS BE A LICH K-... ALWAYS BE A DEATHWING!"
