Oh and also, Twitter is for hipster trash.
Hmm... Who already has gear dye in their game? Oh wait, that's right! Rift.EQ had armor dyes a long, long time ago.But if they do implement it now it'll be because of Rift. It's the most recent MMO out there and I wouldn't be surprised if Blizzard figured that "hey, some of our customers left, let's offer them some of the same things Rift has to get them back." The timing is just too suspicious. That said, I won't believe it til it's confirmed tomorrow.
I like it. Another thing Rift has that WoW doesn't scratched off the list.Assuming it is real of course.Except Rift doesn't screw the players like this does. (Again, assuming it's real)I think I'm beginning to see why people didn't like you.
Blizz has already posted their April Fool's joke and this wasnt in there......hmmmmTIZ REEL!

Northern could be funny at times.
Save the drama for your mama!
All of you that are saying "It's not on the Blizzard site, it must be real!" are wrong. This is clearly an AF joke by WOWHEAD not BLIZZARD. Get real people.
Snowflake moar plz...
It's not even possible to dye armor in WoW. The way the gear is setup, the color is part of the artwork. They'd have to go back and redo every piece of gear in the game for this to even be a possibility. Of course it is an April Fool's joke.

You can barely tell the armor has been dyed. Not to mention at the current cost it would run you 3500 gold to dye all the visible pieces of your amor. This is retarded. Just make an appearance tab that is only visible client side, end of story. Wear whatever you like b/c only you can see it.
This isn't real. Those aren't even the same rooms. The room "Delicia Fay" would be in is "Tan-Your-Hide Leatherworks".
Northern could be funny at times. That's the point.
There are good April Fools Jokes, and then there's this. While very creative, this is a cruel, spiteful effort to tug on the heartstrings of the wanting WoW Junkies, only to be squashed into an intangible paste of lifeless goo. Seriously, I've had ex-girlfriends with more heart than this. But you can't break my heart Ashelia, cause I left it in my other pair of pants.
As cool as this would be, no other site out there is talking about this. Anywhere. Well played wowhead, well played...
I was actually hoping that this wasn't an April Fool's joke, but the timing is just too suspicious. I played UO and had a "professions" room in my house with all the various dye tubs, and later, the limited use "Tokuno" dyes that let you dye special colors like shiny gold and snow white . I know a lot of WoW players have been asking for customizable armor appearance, while others are dead set against it, not wishing to see lurid hues of chartreuse and magenta polluting the Trade District. Personally, I would like the option to better match my armor, as both of my 85s are mail wearers, and mail armor has a habit of being FUGLY. What's a girl to do? However, I understand how the elitists don't want people to be able to dye things to look like heroic gear, as often the only difference between the regular and heroic gear models is the color...It's a tough decision on Blizz's part! Regardless, I do think Felicia et. al. deserve a cameo in the game :)
Confirmed that this is fake:Apply Dye, the spell used for the dyes, was unable to be linked on the PTR.Unlike items, spells can be linked regardless if they have been used or not proving that this is indeed fake.

I've seen some spells that are indeed on live but cannot be linked. They're called GM spells (others as well).
