Just take a look at how many guilds are actually in hardmodes, as opposed to what it was in Wrath, and you can see that they have either intentionally or accidentally restricted heroic modes to only the most elite of the elite hardcore raiders. Maybe they like it that way, but I think the fact that they're rushing the next tier of raid content out only 6 months after the expansion hits is them saying "whoops, we screwed up and made raids too hard".
Not about being professional skilled gamers....just means the raid should actually have the gear to go in there; yes it takes time to get yourself in 346 gear, but if you want to raid, shouldn't you be happy to get the gear needed? Most of the people who are 'complaining' are those who used to pug ICC in absolute crap gear, depending on the better geared people and the buff to drag them through. I actually saw it a few times at the end of Wrath, running the Weekly: Someone in ICC gear who got absolutely wrecked by XT of all things in a 25 man Ulduar because he didn't realize you need to move away when you get those buffs. His comment to the raid at the end before he was booted? "Damn healers, why did you fail?"
