So outland enchanting is now much higher level and Lost City of the Tol'vir has no requirements? fail
No, it's just removing that extra text. Not the requirement completely. It's stated in the achievement you have to defeat him.
Random changes FTW, at least Cataclysm quality lasted for 4-5 weeks
well all things that are changed are in note about patch! U dont need to post stupid questions !
They're tweaking Devour Magic. When it was still 8 seconds it was viable for PVE. Moving it up to 30 pretty much made it worthless. Now that they're moving it back down, hopefully it'll stay halfway usable. Doesn't change the fact that most buffs that have to be removed tend to be reapplied faster than that.PVP always wins the nerf wars.
Ah good. Even more help for Fire Mages

Almost guaranteed, you'll have more than one magic removal. In PvP, even 5v5 arena or Rated BGs, you're not always in range or in the same area, hence the PvP nerf at expense of PvE.
So outland enchanting is now much higher level...Enchanting now matches the other crafting professions. You need to be level 50 to train above 300 skill in blacksmithing, tailoring, alchemy, et cetera... no reason for enchanting to allow training above 300 at level 35.
I can't wait for this patch. Not because of this build per se (lamesauce) but because of all the other awesome changes that will bring back the "perfectionism" that I've come to expect from Blizzard.
So, the end of Scorch-weaving is coming.Too bad, i started to like it.
So, the end of Scorch-weaving is coming.Too bad, i started to like it.Well, let's be honest.Isn't every mana-based dps spec (besides Arcane Mage, which is an outlier) designed to NOT go OOM? And I honestly doubt Imp Scorch justifies allowing Fire Mage to OOM, unless they can rebalance Scorch to be a true mana restoring tool as opposed to one where you spam it, hoping to crit to proc Master of Elements, making Fire even MORE gear reliant than it needs to be (lol Hot Streak/Improved Hot Streak).
Agreed with Interest.Scorch-weaving was just a needless DPS loss, the only mana classes that should have to seriously focus on their mana should be healers and arcane mages. Sure, I should run oom eventually, but the tools available (Evocation, Mana Gem) should be enough that I don't have to use a subpar spell constantly.
