December 6th of course! xD
I don't know about you guys, but I'm hoping Ysera chooses to let players earn an Emerald Drake to ride around on before this expansion is over...
@ Aestu and Adamsm. Can you both stop arguing and potentially derailing the thread? It's like certain other users (I will not mention) derailing threads on Randomness Off Topic.
So what should be the incentive for bigger guilds? Is it truly your belief than in an MMO (MASSIVELY Multiplayer Online), the small guilds should be able to do everything larger guilds can? Is that really your belief? It's much harder to maintain a large guild than a small one, and yet there is no benefit to it? Of COURSE the larger guilds can do more and get more. That's how it SHOULD be. The effort of maintaining a larger guild is rewarded by obtaining the perks faster than a small guild, which can still get the same perks but at a much slower pace. To say that "Blizzard screwed over" the small guilds is certainly putting the blame in the wrong place.
time to switch to allaince. for good. I mean tauren paladin and troll druids yeah kinda, goblins not a chance. but the lion mount is definately better looking then the scorpion. so hello dwarves I will hug you and love and name you all George!p.s.: recaptcha says difficult diastan. wth is a diastan?
of course. if they wanted to let swimming mounts into main Azeroth. they would have to revamp everything. including the oceans. everything would be one world. and that would cause problems.
There are actually TWO daily quests that give you rep with Ramkahen. The 'Fire from the Sky' daily also gives rep to them weirdly enough.
Mentioned above is that the Ramkahen have only a single daily quest. I the bombing daily associated with the achievement - Help the Bombardier! I'm the Bombardier! grants rep.Of course, I might be mistaken...I'll have to check when I do it later +)Edit: Ayvren beat me to it, and I probably should read all the way apparently...
Perhaps instead of a huge experience bar needed to level up that is equal for each guild no matter it's size, experience should scale on account of guild activity (percentage of total players active in a time period) or number of total players. Blizzard should have worked out some system so that smaller guilds have an equal chance of obtaining rewards as the huge raiding guilds. Just because a guild only has, say 50 members doesn't mean to say that they are any less dedicated than the guilds that have six times as many members. The statement that WoW is less accessible to the casual players now, is total crap. The ride from 1-85 is fun, refreshing and most importantly, it's quicker. Casual players have can jump into the game and skip to the end game having fun with mates and be truly immersed in the experience without having to put up with the tedium of watching high level players raid and earn buckets of gold.I also think that these 'dedicated hardcore vanilla veterans' need to just leave. They scoff and get truly passionate about how new players 'don't know how to play', 'they've not done the things I have', 'they don't know how easy it is now'. Basically they are under the false impression that these new players care about their times in Molten Core. It's not like new players can go back and live those days. Either stop playing, as you're clearly not enjoying the experience, or shut up and adapt so we don't have to listen to these ramblings over trade.
No, they don't have the same chance. A small guild may have 15 active members, like my guild, whereas a large guilds will have a lot more. My guild is high end PVP guild. All 15 or so active members are 80-85. We aren't earning experience like huge 200 + member guilds are. We have never come close to the cap, and any exp we have earned is due to a couple of alts and maybe 5 or so others catching up. We reached level 2 just after I wrote that. That's one level in three weeks. We have no intention in expanding or recruiting masses of low levels to earn us experience, yet we would all like to get the Scorpion and proudly display that we are part of a tight knit group of friends who play to compete and have fun. The mounts are supposed to be rewards, not for a select few to have hundreds of little goons to endlessly grind for them. I don't want to see some level 60 running around with their Lion or Scorpion, not even knowing what their guilds name is. I want to sit in org or charge across Alterac Valley with a swarm of the people that I know all helped each other to achieve this.
See i just cant see a 60 having it since you have to be exalted w/ur guild. Since it came out (cata) ive gotten to the far end of friendly and ive done dungeons and Bg's while in guild groups. Being in a small guild will just mean that your "tight knit group of friends" and yourself will definetly be exalted when ya hit 25. Besides, playing w/friends > Being in a guild where no one even cares who you are. And since your a pvp guild, while everyone else has a scorpion/lion mount, its only a land mount, other than flashing it off in SW or ORG your going to be on your flying mounts, with BA (pvp) titles.
Because the Alliance is lame.
