I generally don't comment on such changes, but I'm wondering how you PTR players are finding the rogue healing finishing move. I love playing as my druid since I am able to heal myself if necessary, and when I'd play as rogues I would have problems when faced with multiple enemies due to lower armor and no healing. I thought 3% was low as it was, considering you had to waste your combo points on that instead of a high damage finishing move that would negate any further hits being taken, but now I see it dropped even further. So I was wondering if any PTR rogues used this ability much and if they found it useful despite activating it instead of a finishing move.
The self-healing nerfs on DKs were not supposed to nerf leveling, they were supposed to nerf tanking (which they did.. significantly o_O).
For tanks, paladins can get block cap with master reforging, which is 30% damage mitigation; warriors have those critical blocks; druids have larger hp pool and savage defense with no cd, and their critical hits heal them for 4% hp every 6 seconds; DKs can deathstrike once per 10 seconds which will also put on a shield with strength half of the self-heal. Forget about WotN; it only procs when hp of the tank drops below 25% which may have already killed the tank and should be prevented in any case by any tank or healer with sanity.I don't see a point in nerfing DK tanks. I feel that they are already at the bottom and Blizzard is taking money from the poor. Maybe things will be different in 85 raiding.
Rogue nerfs again. lol... 3%, when comparing the damage output being given at level, was not much. It was actually a 'choice' to consider when the combo points were available. Recupe or Finish? Down to 2%, though it may not seem much... IS. I will say, in PvE I don't really think it makes much difference. As we can wipe agro and start all over. But that is a whole new 'start over'. PvP though. There is to much damage being out put to think that 2 nerfs to one ability is granted.

Awesome, they took the only useful Wongen racial and made it terrible. There really is no perk to playing Worgen now. Menwhile goblins get everything under the sun.
Geeze. If I still played DK I'd be incredibly pissed at their constant nerfing of DK self-healing. That used to be one of the primary ways to mitigate damage with a sub-par healer or low level gear, if you didn't want to constantly be hitting C/Ds. Then again, your C/Ds back then took 10 minutes to refresh, so... I guess that kinda evened out given how useful they were. I'm still kind've annoyed, though, makes my job as healer even harder when I get those really &*!@ty DK tanks that never tanked in their lives and were DPS until 85. Oh well, at least two of my healers got buffs with this patch. I can live with that, I guess.
