Sigh, sadly knew this was coming. I'm guessing there was a huge crying fest from the community?People are allergic to exploring anymore... =(
To be honest I see more crying from you right now. I love to go explore stuff in different games, but people like to know the locations of key points just like this, including me. Even though we will see most of the locations of these instances through questing, I know many people would like to queue up for an instance WHILE questing aswell, and since you cant do that without finding the entrance, this is a nice thing.

Mindblowing!
Could there maybe be an option for a less high-res lightbox? When I click on those there's absolutely nothing I can do with them, it's just this giant image that goes ways beyond the bounds of my screen.
That doesn't solve the problem, it just sidesteps it. These images are so large that I can't even reach the close button on my screen, I had to leave the page and come back in order to get rid of it.
So it will be the same system as they did for Wailing Caverns.Only down side was that hardly no low level characters would go out of their way like from eastern kingdoms to explore it. So the que is terribly long.
I'm very glad this was implemented, ever done the Blackrock dungeons or Maraudon through the LFD?At least half of everyone who does them have no idea where the dungeon portal actually is, which is very annoying when they die and then the group collapses because they got lost.Hell people can even get lost when trying to find their way back to some WotLK instances.
I had to pull the "crud can't find instance entrance" when I came back to the game after a long wow break. I still need to remember to go out to icecrown and memorize the entrances to the new ones (not new to everyone else but new to me)I really think they should have set up a better way for new players to find the entrances to low level instances when in ghost form, I can't fault them for not knowing where to go when the first time they see the place is through the random lfd and plenty of the older dungeons don't exactly have in-your-face portals (wailing caverns, brd, bfd, diremaul, etc)Maybe some sort of ghostly messenger can lead the way from the graveyard in the future :)
Can I discover "Blackrock Caverns" right now? Or do we have to wait till 7th December?
I'm glad you gotta find it firstUnlike When 3.3.3 first came out and you can auto que for FOS,POS,HORat least this way the first time you die you will know where the instance door is....
I'm totally stoked. Just got back from vacation with my wife and purchased Cata when I probably shouldn't have. Now I have to wait until 3am to start discovering some of these dungeons. I might be sleeping in the dog house tomorrow, but I'm getting me some Cataclysm dungeon goodness tonight!
