Hmmm, I like the alch item, druid should have been able to do that for the longest time with flight form... I hope we can upgrade our rofl copters to carry a extra.
I think 55% may be a bit much though. 35% seems better, once you get to 80. Having an additional 35% all along would be fine. Im a little opposed to faster leveling on the whole though, simply because the world is completely changed. You havent done these quests a hundred times now! These are mostly new quests in mostly new zones! And honestly, I want to force people to do as many of these new quests as possible too! The real game doesn't start until end-game is a horrible idealogy, considering the amount of time Blizzard has taken to remake Azeroth. Give it a shot and jump into that lore a little. All the raids are new. I haven't done those 100 times already. And honestly, I want to force people to do as many of these new raids as possible too. The idea that leveling should take a long time is a horrible ideology, considering the amount of time blizzard has taken to make new raid instances.Like I said, you can do what you like. I just don't understand why I have to do it, too. Especially since I'm not the one saying you should be forced to do what I like to do.
OVER 3000 ADDITIONS! OVER 3000!
As for the BOA gear, I am 68 by the time i finish Zanagarmarsh, between the instance grind, quests and BOAs i am usually 68 by the end of Hellfire. I have no desire to do the grind over and over and over again. i just want to hit endgame as fast as possible.
still nothing about worgen mount?
Still nothing about worgen mount? And it seems that there always will be nothing about the Worgen mount. We found out a long time ago that Worgen won't be getting a racial mount at all. Ever. Old news by now! Try to keep up! :D
still nothing about worgen mount?lol'd
+55% XP is really nuts.I don't have to worry about it, unless I find another guild before Cata, my guild is dead anyhow.I think I might only use some of the heirlooms from level 1-58, and then once it becomes necessary to go to Outland try for more.I have already experienced questing through HFP (7 times), Zangarmarsh (7 times), Terrokar (2 times), and Nagrand (Working on 7th pass through).I have leveled to 80 4 times in NR. Two of those times I didn't have the option of a "Tome of Cold Weather Flying" at all. Another toon is 78 and I'm trying to keep that one questing in areas I missed with other toons.I do want to experience the newly designed questing style for 1-60. I don't feel the need to grind slowly through Outland and NR yet again.
that pic with the lion is my iphone wallpaper lol
Goblin Barbecue, oh yes, OH YES! Nuts to your feasts of fish and pig, we're having T-Bone Steak, burgers and hot dogs straight from the BBQ!
Im a little opposed to faster leveling on the whole though, simply because the world is completely changed. You havent done these quests a hundred times now! These are mostly new quests in mostly new zones! It also bears keeping in mind that wherever leveling zones have been revamped, they are surely much more compact and tuned than they used to be. I haven't seen any beta content, but Blizzard's philosophy about leveling has changed a ton since vanilla days. The bonus becomes a lot less important when your log isn't filled with quests that want you to visit another zone and come back...
i'll get to experience some of these myself in a bit.i didn't expect to get an invite when i saw a funny looking blizzard e-mail. didn't click on it. decided to check battle.net to see if it was the real deal.and it was! downloading the beta client now :Bbut 3,000 isnt much. figured it'd be over 9,000.Goblin Barbecue, oh yes, OH YES! Nuts to your feasts of fish and pig, we're having T-Bone Steak, burgers and hot dogs straight from the BBQ!awesome.
even now woth just 2 heirloom items that give +10% each you are 68 bt the time youre 3/4 the way through nagrand. Ive just recently done this, did about 80% of the quests in hellfire, about 30% of the quests in zanger and about 85% of the quests in nagrand and boop, im done and 68 and in northrend. wont be that much difference imo.
I dont know why people hate questing that much. There is a new world for us to see, thousands of new quests and people still on to "QUICK REACH LVL 85 START GETTING EPIX SHOW THEM TO OTHERS" battleground exp and heirlooms made this too easy, not even mentioning how heirlooms killed the low level item economy cant even sell a freakin uncommon item on AH..
Wondering what kind Stuff then coming on Blacksmithinging, JC and all Classes Tier gear what it looks like and bonus etc...
Wondering what kind Stuff then coming on Blacksmithinging, JC and all Classes Tier gear what it looks like and bonus etc...Did you just...Blacksmithinging? Please tell me that's a joke.
Loot-a-rang... this is gonna be fun. Engineers are gonna be so much more common because of it... I wonder if thats good or bad.
Nah, gimmick items are what Engineers have always been about. If teleporters, repair bots, portable mailboxes, and Jeeves aren't enough to already make you an Engineer, I doubt the Loot-A-Rang will.
Interesting how most of comments are about "how i love / hate th exp bonus". Why does almost everyone have an "issue" with that? I mean we all have a choice to make, so it should really be easy without all the "this should be like that" problems. If you like it, use it. If you find it useful, use it. If you think that end-game is more fun for you and you want to get there faster, use it. If you think it spoils the lore, the experience of the new world or the new quests, don't use it. The only thing you need to understand is that the next guy is just as free to his or her decision about this as you are.Only real comment i want o make is that i am sincerely hoping that (as some "gossip" suggests) starting with the new heroics things will get a bit harder then what they were in WotLK. To this end i'm hoping blizz will somehow stop all the "i want a 5 min heroic" and "i cannot wait to have new tier in 2 days" kind of people. I had to much of such guys that do NOT know what all of their abilities do or when they can or cannot use them but who kept telling me "you're a noob; i have done ICC 25... (an so on)" when i told them nicely they need to learn to play their class better. I find that a person who will say "there is ABSOLUTELY nothing more i can learn (about class or in general)" is either a hormone-messed up teenager who thinks he knows it all, an ignorant or just simply has a very low IQ.So in conclusion, for me: the bonus to exp is interesting, maybe even welcome for leveling; the fact that this will more or less encourage "i just to get there faster" kind of mentality makes me sad.

People power-leveling enchanting, alchemy, cooking, etc all need farmable mats and since there is virtually nobody working those midlevels for very long items like sungrass and thorium and mid-level dusts and essences are big money makers.
