As far as I remember they have made kilt and pant versions for some Paladin sets but never used the two together (the Aegis set is a kilt but I remember a version with pants that was not used).
Can't remember to be honest, but could be a valid point. On the other hand, how many clothie sets did we see with pants till now? Zero (Don't mention mage T 8 or I will have to strangle you with those retarded looking pants). And I doubt that there ever was a clothie set with pants and kilt in any beta-build as well.Of course, I am not sure and I will certainly give in to any sort of prove otherwise but... please don't make me lose my wishfull thinking. :D
I think it just needs a lot more work. There is potential for some sweet looking gear. But as is....... eh. Ugly.
Since the robes are there as well, that was probably just to show how the leg pieces of the set look.I don't quite buy that. Seeing how the chestpiece is the same with both the robe and pants version (and I doubt that they have gone to the effort to cut the lower part of the chestpiece aka robe just to show off the pants) I would go out on a leg and guess blizzard will indeed give players a choice. The choice to wether wear pants or a kilt.I would expect that Garenzo is indeed correct. These sets are put together from nothing more than the names of the textures - they don't tell me what the individual armor pieces are. If you have the chest piece (robe), you probably won't ever see the pants version of the legs.
imo, the warlock set looks alright (not as good as the ones released earlier in the week) but the warrior helm looks awesome.
Am I the only one super excited for hats? I *love* hats. I have a whole bank slot for my hat collection >.> ftw
I think the warlock set looks ugly. This!Double This!
I think the warlock set looks ugly. This!Double This!I vote we instead focus on how awesome the potential for Warrior T11 gear will look!
warrior t11 concept: http://i.imgur.com/wYH4Ol.jpgcan anyone say gwar?
people have lost taste. what a pice of ugly armor that is... afraid the nice looking tier/pvp armor sets died with TBC. Even the Scholomance warlock gear looks better then this pile of sh$t.
Warrior T11 Helmet = Deathchin. /nod
My warrior lost in low level limbo will now be the first chacrhter I level in cata purly due to that concept art
The warlock set doesn't look like cloth at all. The shoulders are more metal than cloth and would probably look better on a warrior. The head looks like leather with metal spikes. What happened with this concept of clothing looking like cloth and plate looking like plate? What the hell? Can't think of a single lock set that looked like "100% cloth" to be honest. (t3 would be the closest) You do have a point though.Teer: what concept? Ever since Nemesis, lock gear has had a composite look about it. If pushed most people with this type of complaint will say T5 is their favourite, and yet those skulls were bone, those big spikes were clearly made of metal (unless people are daft enough to think those skulls were impaled on stuffing filled cylinders cut from cloth), the chains that framed the hood etc. If all casters wore gear that looked like it was completely made of cloth they'd all be wearing pyjamas or night gowns. Not a very interesting design statement. Pick any lock set, any at all and I can point to bone, metal, wood, horns on pretty much all of them. It's pretty apparent (to me at least) that Cloth is short hand for "light caster armour" rather than "it must be made strictly from cloth". The fact that this set is polarising people is awesome. It means Blizzard have done a good job IMO.
YES! TOP HATS! Let the awsomeness continue...
At first looks on locks T11 i tought its ugly and was pretty dissapointed but never the less i gave it a try to see how it looks on an undead male and its not bad actualy. Robe on the 3rd set is pretty nice but blue helmet looks cheap. Idea is nice but it looks just like what it is an unfinished work (or atleast i hope there are going to be some changes).p.s. Warriors helmet and concept art looks promising.
I think the warlock set looks ugly.same, it seems to lack alot...
Finally the Arcanite Fishing Pole gets the model it deserves!I disagree. I like how it currently looks more functional and less flashy. The new model while looking "cool" looks out of place to me. Not everything needs to look absurd and have skulls on it.
The lock model is alright, Definitely better than the rogue's but worse than the Druid. The orange set looks pretty good on the Dwarf warlock I might roll one day. The green is pretty sweet on Orcs, and the blue is cool on the Trolls.Either way, it's an alright set. And is pretty good for a first tier set.
Warlock set: Dunno guys, looks somewhat dark to me, which is good. What would "worry" me would be the 4 colors and the 2 leg versions (trousers-robe).I'd guess the first pic lacks robe to show trousers, but then which slot is the robe, since chest is the same?As for 4 colors, make your pick: 4 sub-tiers or multiple versions and you're free to choose yours? (Can't be specs, even if there was gear for each dps spec, there's 1 extra).Warrior helm looks nice, YOU'D BETTER HAVE SOMETHING EQUAL FOR DKs. Yes, that means you, Blizzard. As for the weapon... Intruiguing. A Chakram.Edit: To make clear, THIS is what i meant by Chakram, not the round thrown weapon:http://kingdomhearts.wikia.com/wiki/Axel
T11 for warriors looks promising. As for warlocks, it looks ok but definately not blizzard at its best. WTB more sets as epic as T6/T10.
