Seeing they "nerf" the resto druids quite bad, I'm gonna continue lvling mine, as many others won't!
My warrior will have to be 85 first; then my shaman will have to be played. The changes to shamans look too fun. After awhile I'll be starting a goblin priest =P
1 Speed level with my guild to 852 Get all the raid/dungeon realm 1sts with my guild3 Wait for new content
Unfortunatly, I'll be stuck switching to from Horde to Alliance to play with my friend, so I'll have me a Worgen Rogue
I'll do both at the same time :D
Actually I'm gonna level a new non-worgen/goblin. Any old race will do, except bloodelf or draenei, because apparently their zones aren't gonna be updated. Why? So that I avoid the areas that will be overcrowded during the first weeks after the release of Cataclysm. I'll get to leveling my main and rolling worgen and goblin after the initial storm has subsided.
I dont think I'm going to worry about leveling anyone to 85 or play a new race right off the bat. I'm going to spend most of my time exploring the changed areas with my 80's while the new races and new 80+ areas die down a bit. I remember back when BC came out the horror stories of those level 3 quests taking an hour to finish each... I want to enjoy myself while i do them this time instead of wanting to gank 500+ noobs for stealing my kill for the 500+ time :PEither way, i cant wait to have my Mini-Deathwing <3
I'm planning on re-rolling all my toons other than my bank so that I can experience pretty much everything from the ground up. Of course my bank is absolutely loaded with low level mats so I can power through my professions, give out bags and gold, and make life ten times easier.
I'll ding 85 with my warlock. He've always been my priority. Then, I have no idea. I want to test the new leveling experience in both factions. But I still have my lv 60 DK, abandoned in Hillsbrad Foothills while I was trying, for the 75278512487521th time, raise her herbalism skill (I never have patience)
I mean this in the nicest way but I feel like this is very dull to make a whole front page thread about. If you're going to ask this question, why not ask it in a broader way? What is the first thing you are going to do when Cataclysm comes out?Not everyone has to level an existing character to 85 or play a worgen/goblin right when they get the game. Many will explore the new areas or earn back their loremaster or explorer achievements they will lose when new criteria is added. Many will find new ways to farm gold in the fastest ways possible. Lots will immediately begin working on their professions. Many will start to collect new mounts and pets.So yeah...broaden this thread or get rid of it is my opinion. =-/
Leveling a worgen ASAP.I want to see Gilneas really, really badly. The other characters can wait.
being that the worgen/goblin zones are 98.9999(repeating of course)% likely to be so overcrowded with players that it would melt my computers graphics card, i think i will be forced to level my mage to 85 until the starting zones clear out a bit
Oh i'll be hitting my 80's first considering all the high level cata content will be new.. low level stuff will have some new content but most of it i've seen already so its not completely new.. Maybe by the time i hit 85 i'll be able to race change but i highly doubt we'll see it anytime soon :(
I have given it plenty of thought, so I will be levelling and exploring with my current level 80's first. But I am also extremely interested in rolling a new character and levelling in a freshly upheaved Azeroth.
Uhm dude... I'm prolly wrong on this... but couldn't you do both with race transfer? Has anyone read that Blizz is blocking this for the new classes?I haven't read about them blocking that yet, so I'd assume it would be a planned 'virtual sale'. Cataclysm released, mass of race transfers... then a half-mass of transfers back when players realize they don't like the new deal.So... my answer if it's possible. Take two 80's, transfer my hunter to goblin and pally to worgen, take them both to 85, and decide if I like the new digs.
