I can't decide if I like Cash Flow or Working Overtime more...I just hope my small guild of 5 real life friends and their multitude of alts is enough to get some of these perks.
So, do we have any idea how guilds gain these perks? My little 5-man guild probably won't be getting most of these, but it'd be nice to know.

This is awesome! I have one question though will we all automatically get lvls for things we've already done or does everyone start at lvl 1?
Xaratherus, the perks themselves are guild-wide. I watched a video where a guy was playing while his guild leveled and his combat log showed that he immediately gained the spell rank of the perk. The ability to purchase recipes, gear, etc will be based on your personal guild "reputation". They haven't (afaik) released the specifics of that process but they did say that items/recipes will be bought with gold and that you would be required to build reputation with your guild first.

Well, this is going to be problematic for my One-Person guild.
Interesting tactics. At one side guilds get bashed with LFD and downsizing 25 man raid loot. On the other side people are coerced to cooperate for these 25 perks.
nice, this make the value of have a guild very high. Maybe only the casting stuff will have some coldown is for officers, passive will be for all ranks. summoning the guild bank maybe for all, but with some individual CD, like goblin racial.
Seeing that there is one that increases flask duration from flask cauldrons makes one wonder if there will be like fish feasts for flasks in cata
I am a bit worried about how this is going to work in practice. A quick glance at these rewards suggest that being in a guild will mean MUCH more rapid progression. Not just the normal boost but extra honor, vending bonuses, bonus gold means that certain guilds are going to be MUCH faster geared than others. Consider Cash Flow (10% bonus gold to guild bank), Mass teleport (that much faster to get raid summoned), the durability buff (probably 1-2 less repairs), etc. etc.Now this sets up a host of interesting "property rights" issues. Does one's contribution to the guild reside with the guild or also with the toon? Is there a deterence from EITHER free riding on the efforts of others or, I fear more perniciously, gaining from the contributions of members and then "gkicking" them upon reaching level 25? You could imagine really rotten things such as selling "membership" in a guild....and you would likely see the market equilibrium be "expirating memberships...." - wanna keep being in the guild..that will be 1000 gold every month to the officers. People will be induced to pay it if guild exp. doesn't also link back to the individual members because getting gkicked means you start ALL over or need to find another level 25 guild which also will be moving toward that equilibrium.I understand what they are TRYING to do so lets hope they have thought through the political economy of it.....something that isn't going to be obvious in the Beta but will quickly be the type of thing that hurts the game.Put one last way....the goverance system of guilds currently is monarchy. The guild leader controls essenially all the tools. He is "detered" from acting despotedly cause if he does every leaves (no cooperation) and he is a guild of 1. But if he OWNS property (i.e. the guild rewards) there are lots of problems - he can act despotedly because there are other peasants to exploit....cause newbs will balance the costs (gold) against the rapidness of advancement.Prediction - without better economics many servers will see a dozen or so well coordinated set of RL/long time friends that are raiding, a number of these greedy despotic cabals, and then a host of players that will be frustrated (and then leave). Either property rights have to reside with toons (gkick and their experience goes away) or they will have to move toward a more "democratic" model of governance with members getting voting rights and ability to remove from power despots that are exploiting member contributions to guild perks.

You don't just have to raid. I think its anything that gives you experience or honor; you also get guild experience. Your small guild should be able to get all of these; it just might take you longer.
Umm this is my point of view put... It's stupid. Why does Blizzard have to make everyone to be in a guild? New guilds aren't form then anymore, and old ones are getting all the new people since they have 10 % more exp... Blizz, you just made game more stupid.Oh and I can already see the spam in guild chat: "Could you please portal me to (place city name here) with that guild thing? And maybe everyone who needs it!" -.-'
I dislike this greatly. For personal reasons the characters on my main realm aren't in a guild, so I don't get any fancy perks like an increase in reputation and experience gain? Being in a guild in this game should be completely optional and more of a social/easier way to get good groups, not something where people can get amazing in game perks from besides good gear.

Sky is not falling. The perks are lesser boosts, 0/5/10% in certain areas. Nice to have, but not game-breaking.
