The Orgrim's Hammer has crash-landed in this zone! The Skybreaker is still in the air, and you will be tasked with finding out what happened!Seems pretty obvious to me what happened ;P GLORY TO THE ALLIANCE!Yes and no.Considering ICC, I doubt one ship is clearly superior to the other. Either there was saboteurs (gasp!), faulty goblin engineering (gasp!, no wait, we expect that) or just errors on piloting. There's many reasons as to why a ship can crash, and since we're tasked with finding out what happened I doubt the quest will say : "Yeah, well, the Skybreaker shot us down, and we're stranded here. This place, Deepholm you say, is quite cozy."You should add another thing to that list. Deepholm is like a cave. Visibility is very reduced. So, a small goblin who can't see over the Orgrim's Hammer railing (imagine Gimli in LoTR, at Helm's Deep , when he couldn't see what was happening because he was too short.) or some orcs needing glasses seems to be the problem. I say they were shot down by The Skybreaker, or they hit a giant cave-column or stalagmite and crashed. Still i prefer the first. Also i can confirm, the Orgrim's Hammer DID crash. So the rumour is true.
Meh I still think they need to get rid of Enrage Timers on bosses so other players don't **tch about "dps" and more people can enjoy the game. The game just isn't any fun anymore. Put that in Cataclysm.thing about that, enrage timers are the only thing left seperating the good raiders from the bad. There's too many people that can't do anything with 5k+ gearscore now puting out 3k dps because of gear being easyer to get then pot at woodstock. what they need to scrap is gearscore and BoE profesion patterns above ilvl 200 (or whatever the newest pre raid ilvl is in cata). If I work my a$$ off to get tier gear, then someone who just farms all day gets a bunch of money and gets better then tier gear from the AH, then WTF is the point.craftable items above ilvl 200 should be BoP. and noone needs to complain about "oh, then how are profesions suposed to make money?" Fact is people selling the latest craftable items for 10k gold is rediculous. Give new BoE SMALLER items (leg enchants for LW, shield and weapon enchants for BS, and leg enchants for tailors, companions, ect). And all this is to say, enrage timers are the only thing that keeps it chalenging. If you can craft a bunch of super gear, have infinant mana pools on your healers and untouchable tanks, there needs to be something to keep the raids in check so that you don't sit with crap dps for 30 minutes fighting XT because the healers can keep you alive forever. They're trying to make a game that forces you to work on your characters.Everyone thinks raiding is natural progretion of the game. You quest without knowing anything, you do dungeons without knowing anything, you do heroic without knowing anything, then you do raids without knowing anything. NO, you need to do research, learn, and play your character well. Not get everything dumbed down. And the game is fun, if you care enough to put some efort into it. And if you don't, Hello Kitty Island Adventure is always there for you.Blah Blah Blah Blah. Look all I'm saying is it's not fun. The majority of players that pay for wow and actually keep it going do not raid often. Period. I'm not saying make the game any easier, and I'm not saying don't learn the "dance" of the raids. All I'm saying is give some leeway so the casual players who don't have gearscore or dps can get into raids. I just think in a business sense, that Bliz would stop sucking all the fun out of the game once you hit lv 80. Fact is that mose people don't have extremely great computers or internet connections. DPS suffers for it. I think most of us can agree that the endgamers are all ^&*!@#bag raiding guilds and they get to see the cool stuff in the game. I know a few of them personally and they are alright to hang out with but are complete d**ks when it comes to WoW. So sit down, stfu, and lemme get my opinion out there.
I really want to set foot in the new stormwind and the guild mount sounds awesome! :) The most exiting thing for me has to be the cross realm raiding!
I will miss Path of the Titans. :(
The new wow expansion Cataclysm is named as such for Cataclysmic Let down. good job getting rid of everything that made me wanna buy Cataclysm :P

Posting crap and being pricks about it just makes us feel stronger about how we felt originally. And for the record the Hello Kitty comeback is pretty over used and weak at this point.
Devs you have your heads up your ass on that one. Get ready to lose customers.Serious understatement. They have been slowly moving toward signing their own game's death warrant since midway through WotLK, if they haven't already.

They have been slowly moving toward signing their own game's death warrant since midway through WotLK, if they haven't already. They need to do a leap of faith on Cat. they already lost their hardcore playerbase with WotLK. The bottom line is that they are at the point where other MMO's and Games in general usually die out for a few years then make a comeback. Since it is an MMO they cannot just let the game die out and return 10 years later with a sequel. they have to keep it going. With Cat they are making some MUCH NEEDED CHANGES. Whether you like it or not, adding some raids isn't going to make the game fun again. Give the game a chance, i think they are taking the right path
I know i cant say much since i dont really follow lore in a hardcore manner, but i believe people need to stop crying about it. From what ive seen they are following a good amount of lore in Cat still so its not like they are destroying it ALL. But stop crying about them making much needed changes to a game that you believe cant coincide since some words in a book thats 10 years old said that cant happen. i mean FFS just enjoy the game and be happy. Blizzard is doing something $%^&ing exciting as hell. YOU HAVE TO FIGHT A DRAGON ASPECT! U SHOULD BE LIKE OMGWTFBBQ THIS IS AWESOME! But instead you go on and on about... "deathwing losing immortality cause he f***ed a murlock when he was high or some #$%^ so this expansion doesnt make sense". There's my trollin post of the day

i personally dont care at the moment since blizzard usually destroys their own creations later on in the game its only a matter of time before the game loses complete interest and not even a new class or expansion can bring all the players together. i was looking forward to playing the worgens but unfortunately since the truthful fact is that more than 60% of the alliance is made up of immature young children who go for the "good guy side" (really %^&*ed me off when i found out such a grand race of monsters are going to be given to a bunch off immature kids) i see no point in even giving it a chance .. i never really did care about getting into the whole Warcraft story because i wanna live a simple gamer life .. the type where you just chill and play video games join a guild do weekly raids and have fun but unfortunately its quite rough to do so when Trade channel (/2 in any major city) is continuously being spammed by annoying little kids talking about immature topics which they have NO experience with or game hackers trying to sell other peoples accounts and gold which i personally think is of no concerns to blizzard since they still make money off of those hackers paying to spam their sites on world of war-craft i haven't been able to find a decent raiding guild in the alliance in the past 2 years unfortunately all my encounters with players have been between the age of 7-12 when i started playing world of war-craft (during the burning crusade expansion) i was about 11 or 12 years old in the beginning (i was alliance) i found that it was OK to act goofy and try having fun. world of war-craft was so new to my life i had never known that i could virtually play and react with other players from across the globe on a MMORPG (i didn't even know what an MMORPG was before) but as i leveled up i knew i had to act more mature towards my world of war-craft peers and i had no problem at all with that because i knew i wouldn't be acting like a goof ball for-ever and like everybody else their, they wanted to play with other serious players and get theirs moneys worth and have fun. after world of war-craft i had tried quitting (for a long time me and my older brother were addicted averaging hours on end of playing world of war-craft) i tried XBL (XBox Live) which was nearly the same thing except i found it more relaxing for several reasons (i didn't NEED to take any crap from people saying crap about me or kicking me from an XBL party because no matter what i could always have my retribution in a versus match and even if i was in a group as left 4 dead playing expert mode that fact weather i stay or not didn't depend on 1 persons choice it depended on every-bodies im surprised that world of war-craft has been up and running for at-least 6 years now and just recently the option for the whole group to decide weather a person stays or leave has been finally added. also when im playing on XBL i can lay down, stand up, or sit down any position i want (really it was which ever i felt comfortable) i had seen XBL as a better more worthy gaming life play style (in my opinion) for the better of it. i would like to clarify that the information on top isn't only about the alliance during my game-play experience on the horde i had found some immature players to but its a life-style but i had also noticed that these people matured as they leveled up. i still play world of war-craft at the moment i an a lvl 70 paladin from a hunter mainly because every patch i have noticed blizzard changing my Rdps down every patch which disappointments me even more is the fact that some of us players are also destroying the game basing how good a player is, is by the way they look or how good dps they can do or how much gear-score they have and not about how good their sportsmanship is (or in this case gamemenship) i really hope that one day i will be able to play world of war-craft happily in peace i really hope this comment meant something to you and thank you for taking the time to actually read such a long comment and hope you have a happy game play session. (ALSO I DONT CARE IF YOU LEAVE ME REPLIES TRASH TALKING OR MAKING FUN OF ME OR CALLING ME A BRAT IT JUST TELLS ME THAT YOUR ANOTHER HATER)
This all sound pretty amazing other than the removal of the path of the titans that was some thing i was looking forward to, but i was looking forward to a lot of things so i don't think this will disappoint all the new released data is great.but if blizzard says that PotT was just going to make the game more complex and not much more enjoyable than its fine with me especially the fact that the rest is going to be great.

I have a question, something that seems to be a point of contention: Did they specifically say that the gunships in Deepholm are the Skybreaker and Orgrim's Hammer? I apologize if this has been answered already, but there's some uninformed nitwit who thinks that you're all full of it, that you're "reporting incorrectly". (The same charge has been levelled by the same person at WoR, which said the same thing - Skybreaker is there, Orgrim's Hammer is crashed.)
"The current heirlooms will stop growing after level 80. There will be a whole new crop of heirlooms for Cataclysm. . ."That's CRAP. I grinded through the same 5-mans over and over and over again to get enough Triumph badges to get the Heirloom items I wanted for all of my alts. Now I'll need to do that again if I want items that'll grow up to level 85? The current ones should be allowed to continue to grow in stats up to 85, once you have one character that reaches that max level. I DON'T want to end up with TWO sets of heirlooms to bank, and enchant, etc. One for 1-80 then another for 80-85. . .
Well I knew that those things blizzard has done are nothing more than a lost word.I knew all along it will be striped.Nevermind, hope there is something better than this cause the core of the World of Warcraft is still the same and thats what needs fixing.New adds are welcome but not necessary.World will stay the same...I'm kinda not interested in CATA just because of new races, places and raids...Good luck though

*whistle* 3000 new quests.... dang I'm never gonna get Loremaster at this rate but man is this gonna be fun or what?
I already knew all this stuff. I dont see anything different :/
Cataclysm has over 3000.Would have been better if it said over 9000.
