i hope they take over gnomeregan cos i dont like gnomes at all xD
it looks awsome fun, especially the final section (watched a youtube vid on it too). I think its just a complete fail though that the gnomes once again fail out and dont take back gnomeragan, whilst the horde kill zalazane and take back the Echo Isles. Just seems a bit unfair to us alliance really. I guess were just gonna have to wait till cataclysm actually hits to take back the city completly.

That was to be expected, though. I mean, not a complete victory in Gnomeregan.First of all, this new expansion so far is very negative towards the Alliance. We see orcs advancing through Ashenvale, we see Hillsbrad Foothills in Horde full-hands, Azshara becomes an almost-occupied horde area, etc.... Alliance only advances in Barrens, occupying the south zone.... which is supposedly the one most affected by Cataclysm, not to mention most Cataclysm core disaster zones are in or very close to Alliance territory. So an Allied victory didn't match with that overall. This is from a RP point of view. From a playing point of view, I was pretty sure that Gnomeregan wasn´t going to be fully retaken. The instance is the culprit, obviously. So far, Blizzard has never removed an instance. The nearest they have done to that is "leveling it up" (namely Onyxia's Lair), but apart from that, nothing. I sure doubt any old instances will be gone in Cataclysm, so Gnomeregan simply will stay. I think they plan at least to add an heroic version, but what's sure is that it wouldn't be removed. Trolls hadn't had got any problem with Echo Isles because of, apart from a low-level quest chain, there wasn´t really anything there, so they could easily change the zone completely.Congrats to trolls in regaining your home, the gnomes will still have to look for the princess in other castle.
yeeey spoilers..
Am I the only one to notice the name of the NPC "Toby Ziegear" is suspiciously similar to Toby Ziegler (the White House communications director from The West Wing)?
