Gah, this made my day! 25 bucks for a "sparkly pony", that's about the price of going to see a bad movie and some concession stand snacks. I'll have it on all my many, many alts and any that pop up in the future. Can't wait til they pump out more, I'll gladly pay.
WHERE'S MY MOOSE?
@ qwertydood I respect your opinion on that, I can even see things from your point of view, but you also have to view things from mine and respect that many people are getting it for a lot of different reasons. Not just to look cool, thats just a bonus :)Anyway, as a couple of people were saying, a lot of players are simply hanging out in krasus landing or in front of org with the mount, just to show off. If this is why they bought the mount, then I'll agree that they wasted money. I haven't done anything different on my normal, daily routine with my toons, with the exception, of course, of now riding around on the steed to get to where I need to go.Also, It gets tiring riding the same green/purple/red chocobo/kodo/wolf until I get to a level where I can raise the reputation on other factions, so I really like having this mount on my low level alts.
I would rather spend my money on a transferring a toon to my current realm.....
Apparently a lot of people got angry at the Lil'XT.Wonder if Blizz "fixed" it.
It's 25 bucks for all of your toons on an account.Because mounts are already vvvvvverrrrrryyyyy expensive ingame, right? No, but it's a free mount for all of your toons; and if you start an alt on a new server, and don't choose a pally, dk, or warlock, you've got the only mount you'll ever need as it scales up through all the riding levels.
That actually sounds useful. Still, I refuse to buy this.

You still have to buy the training, and it gives you more variety at lower levels (for example, on a blood elf I dislike the hawkstriders, so this will be perfect).
That doesn't necessarily mean they "deserve" an item any more or less than someone who played a videogame - the time might even balance out exactly; X hours of work spent to earn $25 compared to X amount of time spent on a night in Ulduar. Eh, this may be true, but I think anyone would go for option "b". I'm sure 99% of people would rather be playing WoW than working.
