I wonder how the quest tracking feature will compare to Questhelper and Carbonite. Now if only Blizzard could implement a grid for healers, i wont need any add ons.
Oh god, finally. Grinding through all the bosses are what made Naxx unattractive for me. >_> It's funny, I was thinking "Maybe Blizz should add a teleporter for Naxx..." just a few days ago. xD
I love the questing changes, but it still boggles my mind that they still can't add to the quests in the Quest Log. You'd figure it'd be such a simple addition. :( That and chat timestamps. Yes, I am going to whine about that until I get it.:(
I guess next step is a Play-For-Me button.I dont mind the quest thing because it will remove all the questions about questhelper and such from wowhead forum, but the game become more and more Let-Me-Hold-Your-Hand.
Finding where "Polar Bear with Silver Fur" is =/= Challenging. For the most part, there isn't much challenge in leveling, there's just annoyance, and annoyance serves no purpose because the majority of people will still fight through.

Whats the difference between an in-game questhelper and a mod that does the same thing. Nothing has changed imo.
only thing I approve of.
OMG new patch notes!***insert complaining for the sake of complaining***"What?, they changed something that for the last 4 years everyone has used a mod to achieve the same effect! Stop catering to nubz!""OMG, teleporting strait to KT... in a raid dungeon that is 3 content patches old, nobody runs anymore, and doesn't drop gear that anyone wants? GAME BREAKER!"I personally love the changes to Naxx. This means that people will actually do the instance for sapph and KT in order to get some quick emblems and some loot that people might actually want (alts and such) without having to spend hours clearing the whole damn thing. I might actually get the shield that never, ever, ever dropped for me so I can get rid of an item I've been carrying around since about 2 days after i hit 80.
Looks like I can finally get a KT kill on my DK so he can finally get his 'Champion of the Frozen Wastes' Title. Also seems like Blizzard really wants to buff Frost for Mages in PvE.
Cool, no more QH...No warrior changes.. good I suppose... :P
I'm gonna die if my Fire Mage gets out dps'ed by a frost specced ;d
teleport to sapphiron's lair /facepalm

Haven't seen that since the days of MC
One change not listed is that finally Heirlooms can be mailed Cross-faction.Tried 24 hours earlier and nothing. Now it works.
The quest tracking feature only show on the map the different places where you need to go to accomplish the quests. It does not create a road like Quest Helper.Yes levelling will be easier with it but in most cases, the quests are not about tracking something (and when it does, it's a monster moving on half the map so the tracker won't change anything because it won't point the exact place where the monster is). And I have always find it stupid that NPC could not point the quest spot on the map instead of describing the place.
Cool, no more QH...No warrior changes.. good I suppose... :PNo warrior changes means no buffs, which isn't, but also no nerfs, which is good. And since warriors are awesome as they are already...No shammy changes either eh.And about the quest tracking. I think it's a good change. In wow, people often ask "where do I find mob X, or item Y?". I've been playing a bit of Perfect World lately, where the quest tracking has already been introduced, and it works perfectly there. You select a quest in your quest log, and it doesn't matter if you need to kill a monster, talk to a person or get an item, it will tell you where to go. If there are multiple areas where you can find certain monsters, it will lead you to the closest, but still mark the rest on your map too.You could complain about it, saying it will me more of a "let-me-hold-your-hand" game, but it saves a lot of time. If you really hate it you can always disable it, though I think most people won't.
NPC : Just go to the shrine south of here...Player : Wha....?NPC : Ah, show me youre map you retardPLayer : Ok "puls out map"NPC : Not not the one for silithus? Do you see a desert in Feralasbe quick get out youre feralas map.PLayer : Sowy i is new to gam3NPC : Ok go there"puts a sticker at the location"Player : Um you said 10 hearts of glooming Walker right?NPC : Oh god....
@eveko: oh that's yust hilarious =)about the naxx change I think it's actually sort of bad...it basically makes the rest of the instance serve no purpose at all. Yes I know most people aren't even running it with their alts and that the people interested in running the whole thing can still do so but to me it also serves no other purpose than ruining lore. I could have bought it if you would have at least been forced to clear one wing (kill one of his lieutenants in order to get access to his inner sanctum instead of having to kill all of them) but yust being able to valse in there feels meh
but the game become more and more Let-Me-Hold-Your-Hand.It's called, Tailoring your game to your target demographic... I think there's still enough content for die-hards and casual players alike.
