great, argentsun was right.. we're going to never hear the end of it..
They already confirmed there would be no vehicle fights in Icecrown. I can't find the post though, so you'll have to take my word for it!Aye, they did say this. So this makes the airship battle even more interesting...I'm thinking we get to launch ourselves from cannons onto their airship. Maybe half the raid stays and defends and the other half engages the enemy airship :Dthis raid is getting better and better with each spoiler!
but i keep saying. its still too soon to finish WotLK. just look: classic have been online for at least 2 years. then was burning crusade, that took year and a half-2 years. wotlk should be only finished in next may or something. and as u see in other comments for this theme, some ppl agree with me.
That looks great...
sadly we won't get to loot frostmourne, blizzard claims it is too epic a weapon and has a "greater fate", supposedly we will see a legendary frostmourne themed axe
I'm guessing on the airship battle the other faction is all NPC controlled? If not what happens to the losing side? O.o Otherwise sounds great I just can't believe Arthas will be gone. :( that makes me sad.
Cool this sounds great :D
does any1 know when it is coming out?i want 2 b ready 4 it=)
Saurfang helps us in Icecrown? Yay! We're saved!

WHOA, ashen verdict, reminds me of how the scryers and aldor from burning crusade joined into the shattered sun offensive to battle kil'jaeden at the sunwell plateu.the main diference here is that while the aldor and scryers were made of 90% 1 race ( draenei for the aldor, blood-elves for the scryers) and they were at odds with each other before the merge, in this case both the ebon knights and the argent crusade has members from all 10 races, and they were never at odds with each other.=( I gotta gear up PRONTO, I wanna be ready for when this stuff hits the streets.
Thats ridclously high lvl gear!I was hoping this to be a 40man but loot would take to long...This fight will probally be more chaotic then ALL of ToC25 at one time and BT and Sunwell(last bosses) AND Hogger at the same frickin time! I mean who knows he might even summon a dk hogger! then we all be &*!@ed over! >.<
Sounds very cool but I should have known that it would be too much to ask that the Alliance and Horde would actually unite to defeat Arthas and his minions. Oh, well! Onward!
Am I the only one NOT happy about the ship battle? I was thinking there could possibly actually be some cohesion between the Horde and Alliance, but nope, that doesn't last long.(Cross faction raids? I've always wanted to try that. It would probably never work, but it would be fun.)
wow....just plain wow. sadly enough, the items lvls taddle about me never getting to set foot in this raid=(
i think blizzard should delay a little more the WotLK and finish it at the second half of the next year. at least let the new players get 80 and raid before all world be destroyed by deathwing :(What would the point of that be? There's always going to be newer players, trailing behind the current run of the game. I didn't even have a max-level character until late-BC and I've been playing since Vanilla. Nowadays I'm breaking into ToTGC averaging 6-9k DPS.To your follow up comment regarding the timeline of the game compared to Vanilla and BC... I reckon Blizzard have a 3.4 hidden up their sleeve.
the lich King has a apprentice that will be the new lich king and arthas will be normal and marry Jaina and have a Son named Uther (named after his adoptive uncle "Uther The Lightbringer")
