Oh, such a long time ago, my lovely Troll Hunter Kilanji!Nothing can get above the feeling when I did my first raid, Kara. I was so happy I finally found a guild who actually raids! xD. And, I was like no way, and got tier 4 shoulders, and my infamous weapong LEGACY! (sorry) I used that weapon till Wotlk came, and then I fell in love with DK's :)
well i have not much to say, but at least i can give you some of my memories.to start, i made about 5 or 6 trial accounts to learn about each race and class (exception for draeneis and blood elves, since to try the TBC trial u needed to have the full classic WoW installed). about last year i finally thought "hey, i'm tired of trials. Lets really play!". so i did.the best memories i have is running in dun morogh during a foggy day with my hunter. i always love dun morogh :) . 2 days after i create my hunter, i start with my paladin. 'til lvl 47, my paladin and my hunter stayed always at the same level (i liked to keep them at the same lvl ;P ), but after a little considerating, i decided to focus in my paladin. now my pala is 80 and my hunter is 69 (lol)but really. dun morogh at the winter, in a foggy day. is awesomely relaxing
forgot to say, i start playing during patch 2.3 time. 2 months after, patch 2.4 ;P
My fondest memories of Warcraft date far before WoW. Back when Warcraft: Orcs and Humans had come out.I played it endlessly... almost. And when I discovered Warcraft II: The Tides of Darkness, I played that even more.Eventually a friend of mine showed with Warcraft III - no, I never got to play Beyond the Dark Portal, sadly - and that's when I really got hooked on the lore behind the game.I bought it played it, learned about WoW, and began to work towards setting up an account for it. Unfortunately, it wasn't until BC that I managed to get an account up.Out of WoW, though, I remember learning that I couldn't tank in arms spec on my warrior. It happened around Old Hilllsbrad XD
My first mmo but I did lots of reading on building a warlock. My first time in MC my warlock had more HP than the tanks at the time. 6k buffed, in blues and greens. Good times.
creating my first character, a hunter, knowing that i can tame almost any beast i set eyes onto. i already knew what i wanted since Blizzard announced certain animals. some were confused about the dinosaurs being in the game, but i was glowing after i tamed my first pet, a raptor. Y_Y then i remembered venturing into Un'Goro crater, it was awe-inspiring to see jurassic park dinosaurs raoming around.
It's not November yet.
My first memory of WoW was playing at my friends house one night waiting on the party to start. Needless to say about two months later I rolled a night elf warrior and started playing on my own accout with them.My fondest memory has wasn't long ago actually. I just started playing a lot and found the class that suits me (warlock). I was trying some quest in TM and it was my first experience in being the primary DPS. Granted it was a lower level quest it was still really fun.
Not so much earliest, but my most fondest memory of WOW.Me, my gf, and my best friend (at the time) would gather at my house, play WOW, get drunk and stoned, and run instances. One Saturday night we got together, and ran BRD. I'm pally tank, shes my pally healer, and my friend was a druid, back when cat form would be laughed out of groups, I would be nice and bring him anyway. So we are pretty far in BRD, I don't think I had been that far previously. My gf was completely smashed and started making out with me while I'm in the middle of a group I just pulled trying to tell her to heal me. Well we wiped, upon returning to the instance all the mobs in the beginning respawned so we called it and disbanded at that point. Maybe not so much the wiping being an exciting point, but getting together, playing and having fun in WOW together with my IRL friends. Times have since changed and we don't get together anymore, I sure do miss those times...
Randomly logging on my crap geared warr after the 2.4 patch, and getting loads of help from a random guild. *sniff* still play with some of those guys today :)
wow so many memories, i remember meeting alot of people on this game, heck after 4 years of playing i'd have forgoten most of themthe old pvp system and working myself to death to get to 45k honor to get commander only to fall short the week the changed the pvp systemand i miss the battles with horde of my server,, so rare to battle anyone you remember now a days, back then i new every serious pvp on my server and the ones i was going to chain fear just cause i didn't like them hehei remember running around the human starting zone bumping into a little gnome who invited me into guild, which 4 year later i'm still in i remember it took me like almost a year to hit 60 on my first charhow even in the begining i would head into unknown areas just to explore infact one of my favorite was 12:30 am the night TBC came out i got back from the store and installed it,, knowing i'm no quick leveler my goal was to explore outland faster than anyone else and by 3am i swear and i only found this out later was missing like 2 fp which i later found i'm sure every class has its fans and culture,,, i'm a lock and i got to say some of my favorite times has been in lock fourms on warcraft main site and here on wowhead,, we got some of the greatest nutballs this side of the Azeroth
My earliest memory was with my first toon, Penguimancer, Gnome mage. I joined at about 3/4 into Vanilla and was finding it hard to kill those damn yeti's. Luckily, a fully enchanted dwarf rogue came to save me and mopped the floor in a couple seconds. I felt like I chose the wrong class and asked him about mages. He told me to wait and he logged off. Perplexed, I continued fighting the yeti's when a glowing figure rode up in an armored horse. A human mage surrounded by an Ice Barrier walked up to me and laid waste to all the yeti's in seconds with arcane explosion. I was in awe and he said "Still think mages suck?" I immediately added my talent points into frost after seeing him duel a couple times. Also, seeing people in the Grand Marshal gear was astounding.

I just made my 1st character(dwarf pala) and a friend of mine was a 26 human mage,he tells me to meet him in sw.After telling me how to get to the tram,he said to just walk and follow his arrow, but i always seemed to run past him without seeing him, about 15 minutes later i discovered he was standing on the tram dancing...
I started playing back in vanilla soon after the initial release of Naxx. My first character was a human paladin. I remember running around and exploring at Northshire, and not long after that I decided to go out into the bigger Elwynn Forest. I was just walking along, minding my own business when this guy named "Defias Cutthroat" came up and started to attack me. I tried three times to whisper him and tell him to stop, that I was new to the game and such, but the reply just came back "Player not found". It was after my second death and third whisper that I realized it was an NPC.I ran Alliance for a couple of months, getting that paladin up to 17, a dwarf hunter to 13, a night elf hunter to 13, and a human rogue up to 15. After becoming bored with the Alliance areas, I made a troll hunter, and I've been playing exclusively Horde ever since. I think it was the Barrens that hooked me. I love the look of that zone.
So many memories :DI deleted my first ever character (A Druid) literally 20 seconds into the game as I had accidently dragged a spell off my action bar and I thought it was gone forever. My first BG, where I first met the ferocious, barbaric Horde. (I talked to one of the travelling WSG battlemasters in Stormwind at level 10). I kept on angrily yelling at the guys who kept killing me and wondering why they wouldn't at least reply to my angrily evoked curses. My first venture into a dungeon... I didn't quite grasp the whole ''You need 4 other people'' idea. I'll leave you to imagine how that went. The first time I was invited to a party, and yelling at the guy for 10 minutes asking him how I could leave the group. My first meeting of Hogger. Not noticing I had talent points until level 20 or something. Not noticing I could train new ranks of spells at about the same level. Gaining my first full gold piece until level ~25. Spending all my gold on some vanity pet and being miffed when it didn't do anything to help me in combat. On my first enchanter, disenchanting all the green pieces of gear that I was wearing (No, I didn't read the warning on the disenchant spell :P)*Wipes a tear away from eye* Good times.
My earliest memory of WoW? Making my Tauren Druid and seeing a Kodo for the very first time :D. And my fondest memory, probably when i made my very first gold!
Has it been five years already? Wow indeed.I actually play this game at the very beginning because my then girlfriend convinced me to (I was never into the previous Warcraft games). I vividly remember the launch day - I pretended to be sick so I could leave work early and join her (we both rolled as Trolls), we played all night and it was a blast. We got to 60 like a month later. We broke up soon after that and I left the game for three years. Came back and rolled a space goat and has been playing off and on since then.To this day, I still cannot touch my original troll character because of memories associated with it, lol. /emo
I remember back when i just started this game (few weeks before the TBC release) i got an old Beaten Waraxe. i ran all the way from Mulgore to Org to train axes and once i did i remember thinking i was such a BAMF i tried to kill Gamon when i was level 8....ahhh good times....
Who can ever forget the first time you wandered into The Barrens and heard the music? That music still reminds me of those days. Nostalgic....When the game was released you never had any pressure or "race" to the 60's, you had all the time in the world exploring new content. I remember when we were around lvl 10 and we all headed far in to Ashenvale, and the first mob we saw was a lvl ?.We'd worship those that had the lvl 40 mount.... At stormscale we had this guild that everyone knew about... They were called Nolby Pride. Ah, there are so many memories.
