YES!ENGIES SHALL RULE SUPREME!Seriously, we've been under-powered and poor for ages, engy has very little which can make significant cash. The only real awesome thing that we could make so far was the motorbike. Now, we shall be the envy of all those tailorers, and blacksmiths, and leatherworkers, and double gatherers, and jewelcrafters, and inscriptionists...BECAUSE WE HAS DAL AH AND THEY DOESN'T!
I still wonder how much gold can be made via Mote Extraction..On topic though, this seems nice. I wish they would implement new goggles designs, but never look a gift horse in the mouth, I suppose.
Wonder what Jeeves will look like... Im almost sure it will be a mechano-gnome in tuxedo set.
Hehe when a few days ago the profession changes for the other professions were revealed, everyone was QQ-ing about how they left Engineering behind and how all he other professions are sooo much better than Engineering and always have been. Now they get an AH in Dalaran (seriously what's so big a deal about that?) and suddenly Engineering is "OP" and it's unfair.QQ more... but I'm glad Engineering gets some useful improvements. :)Edit:Oh btw, that Jeeves will "Grant Bank Access"... does that mean Engineers now basically have a mobile bank, and once-per-cooldown a gazillion extra bag slots? Because that is very nice.
The schematic for this handsome robot was said to be hidden within the parts of another robot – hoping to be found by an engineer one day.Hmm....another robot... Mimiron / XT anyone ?
all interesting, apart form the engineer-only AH in dala, thats just plain imba, i hate having to have 2 chars in diff towns every time i wanna buy things, since i cant afford to HS every 2 seconds on ym DK, the same way i can do with my shammyshamtho tbh i know if engineers get an AH in dala, everyone else will soon enough once blizz realise its imba
So a bank mailbox and vendor and a AH in one room I don't think ill ever leave that room...
MwahahahMwhahahahhahahahaMWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHATREMBLE, MORTALS! The Engineer masters come to rule you all!
About friggin time blizzard!nearly 3 months complaining about this and they finally decide to give engineering a bit of love!still we gotta see how much -new- benefits will the changes to the passive bonuses provided by Springy Arachnoweave, Flexweave Underlay and Nitro Boosts bring to the current _and lame_ state of engineering (arachnoweave gives currently 9xx armor to gloves, if you re lvl 80 thats actually 0.98 defense boost.. lame huh?)im loving the AH robot (take this! no more hearthing waste!) and wormholes!i assume ill get ported into hideous places like the cauldron or in the middle of a cave full of ice giantsi cant expect any lesskekeke
UNHOLY FU^%&^%^ING CRACK!The newest reason to love being a engineer! We make gadgets, bullets, bombs, guns, mounts, ports, bots.......The possibility is endless for us!Long live the engineer! And long live our professional superioroirty!BTW - Alliance rules.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------P.S. my toon called Anzac in one of the Oceanic realms can make those choppers, pst me, call me or mail me to make one for u :D
I will not be satisfied untill I get to make a sentry, a teleporter and a dispenser.
is is this a dream
I love the changes but have a bad feeling about the Dal AH access one. Non-engineer people will spew an uncountable amount of ^&*! on the Blizzard forums over this. This taxes faith in humanity, and Blizzards track record for caving isnt exactly sterling.Still, very cool stuff, very needed... and welcomed for now.
Woohoo Blizzard decided engineers shouldn't suck anymore!
OH my!I am just... in awe.Jeeves! I MUST have this one.And an eng-only AH in Dalaran! That's incredible. For once I am not sorry I stuck with engineering (I had already maxed it out before I hit 80 and found out my profession's raiding benefits were precisely squat). I was so tempted at one time to drop it and go with JC, but now! I will actually be the envy of my friends for something besides a rolfcopter and a pair of stylish but barely practical goggles.
Me like.....This is such a needed boost. I particularly like the Mote Extractor finding the clouds on it's own. Now I don't need to waste an enchant slot on my belt just to find those things. And regarding what the spynoculars are being replaced with... YEAH BABY! Grenades that clip to your belt!
OH SWEET BABY JEBUS....HELL YES!I picked up engineering on my shaman because I never tried it before, and now at 430...after reading this, I am totally thrilled that there is going to be some very creative changes!Glad I kept it. :)
