We all know why Blizz has done this.Because ret pallys were complaining that they needed to 2 shot more mobs more quickly.
A lot of people keep saying leveling should take a long time so people can learn their class. Anyone care to explain to me why you have to be level 1 to learn a class? I don't see how it is any different than learning at levels 70 to 80, or even 80 itself. Give me any character at 80, and I could learn it. I wouldn't be the best right off the bat, but I would learn. You don't have to level a class to learn how to play it.
Look at it this way. When the level cap keeps raising, people are going to make less and less alts. I know I've always wanted a hunter, but I'm not going to get around to it very soon since I'm still working on gearing my main and seeing content. Blizzard is making leveling easier and a little faster with mount changes because people aren't going to want to level from 1-90, or even 100 if another expansion comes after the next. If leveling was still the same as it was, nobody new would play this game. The level cap is too high, and people would give up. This game is all about endgame content, people don't want to take half a year just to get there.
At the above post: (not quoting, because people would have fits)I bow to your reason and logic. A very well structured and fair-in-its-criticism post, that I have nothing to take issue with.I guess to sum it up, so we can all stop kicking each other in the balls...Everyone finds the things that they like doing, because there really is just so damn much to do, and I guess that's really all that matters.Peace :)
/agreed, on my very first cahr it was lvl 40 and 90g for a NON-epic mount, the lower to 30 and 50g if i recall was fine but now 20 and 5g i mean seriously this has its pros and cons but i would appreciat a refund.Kopla out.
I highly agree there should be a retro-active refund for those with the mounts already purchased, and there is proof of this being possible because of how there are achievements in place that tell you once you have certain training, and there are also achievements showing how many mounts you have, and there is even tracking in your pets tab of which mounts that you have.(Srry, wall of text ._.)
I feel sorry for people leveling their mains in the xp nerf era of today. Don't misunderstand my first post. I had an absolute blast leveling my first character to 70, and then on to 80 when LK came out.
Query. With the new reputation discounts for Artisan Riding and new vendors being added (specifically the Warsong offensive one), I was wondering. Will the Artisan riding training for Valiance Expedition and Warsong Offensive be affected by those reputations specifically, or will it be affected by Horde Expedition and Alliance Vanguard reputation like the vendors?
