Anyone else have a sudden urge to just cancel your account now after seeing this? Not sure if I even want to waste my time finishing this expansion. Something about these new talent trees just seems wrong and I can't say I like the direction they are taking. We're basically losing any freedom to have our own character and we're further forced to be just like any other character. At least, that's how it's looking so far. Maybe I'm a slippery slope kind of guy but this is just starting to get ridiculous.

As a proud player of a Shadow Priest I have to wonder if they are going to help us out with our horrible mana regen. I've played all of the casters from 1-80 back in WotLK and my priest was the only one that had any serious issues. I just built one recently and it still has the same issues. Fun though (melts faces)
aspect of the pack should bring all 5 pets out for 15 seconds :D lol if warlocks get 2 pets
I know these talents aren't "the be all end all," but this stage of them makes me want to cry.
Don't you realize that the talent thing will change at next expansion? the logic progression would be 15-30-45-60-75-90-105. Next expansion is lvl-capped by 95, so they will be forced to change it, to a better or a worse one, but this talent tree sounds like a "test" to me.
'Rogues are possibly threatened by strong hybrid melee dps--Cat druids and Monk Windwalkers. However, rogues have utility such as FoK crippling poison, interrupts, and stuns, not to mention PvP.'Ok.. so.. they're taking away ranged slot, rogues would only use two melee weapons. Yes, at the moment, we have FoK to our utility.. but if you're referencing monks in the note.. that mean MoP.. which means we would not have FoK. i fail to see how the makes up for rogues being threatened.
Well...This Panda crap realy was a kick in the balls,i thought we see more of your Lore Bosses,C'thun and all the guys.Instead we get Pandas ?Makes the choice to leave for Swtor MUCH easyer now.Sorry blizz but you just did a Starwars Galaxies move like TNGE they did./wave
This new approach has to be a joke on Blizzards part surely... All i see is a lot of must take this must take that, avoid these talents etc. and the tier thing, wayyy to restrictive... Cookiecutter specs will always be cookie cutter specs... sigh, blizz should just leave these sorts of things be...
I can't stand what they did to DK talents.... Or the talents in general.I play WoW because it is sophisticated, not because the talents can be thrown at on a dart board by a 5 year old. I play as a Blood DK because it is challenging. Let's look at the talents, shall we?Lv15: Corpse Explosion is back; awesome... Rolling Blood could be nice for Blood Aggro, but I think Outbreak is nice as well, to allow for more Death Strikes. Guess we have to choose; probably Outbreak.Lv30: We have to choose between 3 essential abilities. Lichborne for self-healing (I guess they want to make it strictly PvP oriented, but seriously, don't take that from us...), Anti-Magic Zone (seems great; I can see DPS choosing it for a 'raid-utility' type of thing, vs the Unholy talent it is now that is pretty much never chosen), and Bone Shield. I'd suppose we'd go with Bone Shield, but making us get rid of Lichborne... Quite honestly sucks.Lv45: DPS, PvP, and a 'tank' CC. It -replaces- Strangulate, so you do -not- get an extra interrupt, just another CC. Yeah, well worth it. Can I get another lv 30 talent in it's place? I can't? Really?Lv60: Another tough choice. Death Pact: A great heal, with a long CD. Wait, this is a talent now? *sigh*... Death Siphon: Seems nice, but seems like PvP/DPS, when heals are short. Vampiric Blood: Awesome as always, but fighting for Death Pact seems unnecessary.Lv75: Blood Tap: Seems inferior to Runic Empowerment; I can see this being changed. Runic Empowerment: Obviously being taken. Runic Corruption: Or... Are we choosing this? By the names of each, it -seems- like they want us to go Blood Tap for Blood, Runic Empowerment for Frost, and Runic Corruption for Unholy... But, they all essentially do the same thing. This is why over-simplified talent systems are bad. I could ask a 5 year old to point to any one of these, and choose it; I doubt it would make too much of a difference.Lv90: AoE, AoE, AoE... Not too bad actually. They all seem really neat. Albeit they should be implemented, ... This is not the right way to do things. Please please please, keep things difficult. It's what separates those of us that know what we're doing to go to raids and such, from casual players, that know their limits... If you don't like difficult games, stay away from WoW, or play casually. But, most of us, who 'casually raid' (like me), or who do hardcore raiding, really don't want this. This is way too easy, and has a lot of holes.Edited for grammar.
That talent calculator is strange and people will need to adjust largely.
Is it a 1.april joke omg?WoW has officially died in my eyes.gratz blizzard.
WTF rouge talents? It looks like, that there is a lot of survival talents, PvP talents, but where is PvE rogue?
