Is this the Class changing push? or is this not yet the right build?

These patch notes contain the aforementioned changes. They're ahead of the current PTR build.

In 6.1, will you allow guild raid groups of 40 to queue into Ashran with the new changes?
Yes. If a member of your raid queues for Ashran, all other members of that raid will queue up for the same Ashran.

Concerning: Class Xmog sets from Salvage. Why bother adding them to the game at all if some parts can't be xmogged? (Esp monk)

The items are invisible and we don’t allow transmog to invisible items at this time. We included them for completeness.

PvP Season 14 Ending Soon
2014/02/04 at 7:55 PM
Blizzard just published a blog on the upcoming end of PvP Season 14--which could end in as little as two weeks. Past end-of-season announcements have been tied to
new major patches
, so it's reasonable to speculate that Season 14's end will be close to Patch 5.4.7's launch.
Season 15 will begin approximately a week after the end of Season 14.
As for Season 15 Prideful PvP gear, it's ilvl 550 and shares models with Season 14 PvP gear. However, the colors are swapped between factions so there's no faction-exclusive colors anymore.
For example, if you want to get the
iconic blue priest set with white Tyrael wings
, you can either spend
in Season 15 as Alliance for ilvl 522 Grievous Gear, or
in Season 15 as Horde for ilvl 550 Prideful Gear.
If you want the
black/red version instead
, in Season 15 it will cost
for the Horde's ilvl 522 pieces and
for the Alliance's ilvl 550 pieces.
We've added all the
Season 15 itemsets
to the database, as well as matching pieces to
PvP transmog sets
. We also have a
PvP Season filter
to reduce confusion when items from different seasons have the same name.
When browsing Prideful Gladiator items, to see the correct ilvl 550 stats, make sure you're on the PTR domain--these items were datamined last year as ilvl 540, which is what they show on regular live Wowhead.
Blood, sweat, and tears stain the Arena floors and Battleground fields—a grim chronicle of the hard-fought battles many of you have survived. Once again, the time has come for the victorious to be heralded, and champions to be rewarded!Season 14 is coming to an end as early as two weeks from now. On that day, we'll begin the process of determining end-of-season reward eligibility, which could take up to two weeks to complete.Qualifying players should note the following in order to ensure you receive your just rewards:
Please do not transfer your characters to another realm or faction until after Season 14 has ended.
Award distribution for Season 14, including titles and mounts, could take up to two weeks after the season ends, though our goal is to finish in one.
Only players who have a rating of 1,000 or better are considered when calculating rewards.
At the end of the season,
will be converted into
, and any Honor above 4,000 will be converted into in-game currency at a rate of 35 silver per point. There are a few other things to keep in mind once the season ends:
The Honor Points cap will remain at 4,000.
All Season 14 items will have their costs converted into
equivalent to their previous
cost, with the exception of any items that have a rating requirement.
Season 14 items with rating requirements will no longer be available for purchase.
Season 15 Arenas and Rated Battlegrounds will begin approximately one week after the end of Season 14, and all Personal Ratings will be reset at the same time. Also note that Arena and Rated Battleground matches will not be available during the break between seasons. Once Season 15 begins, players will battle for the right to equip Prideful Gladiator gear, the most powerful PvP gear in game to date with an Item Level of 550.Lastly, as of the beginning of Season 14, PvP players no longer needed to join or create an Arena team to compete. You can find more information about this earlier change in our
Patch 5.4 Arena Update
