PTR Patch 4.1 Notes Updated (3/1)

Just a few quick
changes so far today, and it looks as though the mana cost increase to
may have been reverted. I'm sure we'll see more changes being added as the day progresses and I'll update this post as necessary with the latest patch notes changes!

4.1 PTR Patch Notes
's bloom effect has been reduced by 20%.
In addition, it now costs 11% of base mana, up from 7%.
Mastery: Colossal Might
damage has been increased by 10% to keep stat parity with other strike changes.
Mastery: Unshackled Fury
now only grants 2 base points of mastery, down from 8. This change offsets the
boost to better control Fury burst damage.

We've got the latest spell changes for you guys - nothing
unexpected, mostly the game getting patched to the adjustments and changes documented in last night's
patch notes update

PTR Patch 4.1 Notes Updated (2/28)

The first batch of major updates to the PTR Patch 4.1 patch notes has been posted, including some
changes (finally!) as well as some
. In addition, this update also brings adjustments to the battlegrounds flag-carrying debuffs and an obnoxious nerf to
. Looks like more of those beloved PVP changes that end up screwing over players in PVE... oh well.
Apparently Blizzard snuck a few more changes in within the past half-hour, I've added these as well to the full update below so check 'em out! Also, I take back my complaining about the
change because with this latest update, they've added a very strange restoration
(passive) also reduces
's cooldown by 2.5/5 minutes.
I'm not sure where they're getting the 2.5/5 minutes, since
is passive and has no ranks, but if we're really going to get 3 minute
after all these years then sign me up!

Just a few hotfixes today, including the previously announced and now implemented nerf to
and a change to the attack power contribution from
damage has been decreased to approximately 160% weapon damage (at level 80+), down from 200%.
now provides 2000 attack power at level 85.
