It is intended that it always resets after a fixed amount of time, but it should be 18 seconds; we'll get this fixed.

Traders who visit your Garrison will maintain the same order that started on 2/27: ore/dust/cloth/leather/herb.

5.4.7 PTR: Purchasing Level 90 Character Boosts

5.4.7 PTR started last week
, and while the in-game shop didn't support Level 90 Character Upgrades on Friday, it now lets players test part of the process. The other notable addition to the PTR Blizzard Shop is the return of
, originally from the Diablo III Annual Pass--although it has a quite silly description, so it may be a joke.
Players can now test out most of the steps to obtaining a Level 90 Character Upgrade on the PTR.
The in-game shop has a new section: Test. From there, players have the option to select a Level 90 Character Upgrade and pay in test currency.
After making the transaction, you have the option to boost an existing character or to create a new character for Step 1.
For Step 2, you must select a specialization. Then, hit the Level Up! button.
Level 1 characters do not receive a "Veteran" bonus--but level 60+ characters receive a profession boost to their existing professions.
If you choose to upgrade a character in-game, you must log out to upgrade your character.
Currently, the Level up! button does not work on the PTR and players can't log in on their boosted 90s. Although the following items have unconfirmed sources, there is a series of previously-datamined ilvl 483 weapons and gear that seems suitable for a new 90:
