Patch 4.2 Public Test Realm Notes - Updated 6/10
2011/06/10 at 5:48 PM
: As these patch notes revealed, the previous tiers of content requirement for were removed. You now can get the quest from Molten Lords then visiting your faction's capital city. A blue clarified this.
Molten Lords are mobs in the Firelands. Killing one will unlock the quest for you, after which you need to visit Grommash Hold in Orgrimmar or the Wizard's Sanctum in Stormwind to pick up the quest.
