5.2 PTR: New Spell Effects

Several new and redesigned abilities got interesting spell effects on the PTR, so we took screenshots and Lore made a video of them! Here's the ones we thought were the most interesting:
Ring of Peace
, Level 60
New Talent: Forms a sanctuary around the target for 8 sec, causing all enemies to be silenced and disarmed within 8 yards.
, Level 30 Brewmaster and Windwalker
ability: Clears you of all root, stun and fear effects and reduces the duration of future such effects by 60% for 6 sec. Nimble Brew can be cast while stunned or feared.
Marked for Death
, Level 90
New Talent (replaces Versatility): Mark the target, instantly generating 5 combo points on them. When the target dies, Marked for Death's cooldown is reset.
Hit and Run
, Level 60
New Talent: Immediately teleport to a targeted location, leaving a shadow of yourself behind. Upon activating the effect a second time, or after 10 sec, you will return to your shadow's location.
, level 90
Redesigned Talent: A ranged attack that deals 1246 Physical damage to an enemy target. If the enemy is farther than 10 yards away, this damage is doubled and your autoattacks will be replaced with shuriken for the next 10 sec, granting them a 30 yd range. Awards 1 combo point. Replaces Throw.
, Level 60
Redesigned Talent: Instantly strike fear in the enemy, causing it to flee for up to 20 sec.

Brewmaster Monk Ability Animations, Pandaren Racials, Character Customization, and More

Mists of Pandaria Talent Changes
We saw some of the awesome Pandaren racials and default abilities at BlizzCon--and now there's even more, thanks to the addition of auto-attack.
: You take half falling damage.
: Your love of food allows you to receive double the stats from Well Fed effects.
: The Monk's Jab ability will change depending on what weapon is equipped, altering the Monks fighting style appearance. Damage and resource cost remain the same.
: Your Cooking skill is increased by X.
: Your rested experience bonus lasts twice as long as normal.
: You have a 10% chance to gain Tiger Strikes when you auto-attack, increasing your attack speed by X% and causing your next 4 auto-attacks to cause an extra attack.
Way of the Monk
: Dual-wield one-handed weapons: Auto-attack damage increased by 40%. Two-handed weapons: Melee attack speed increased by 40%.
Pandaren Character Selection Screen
We took a video of the character creation screen because it's been pretty dynamically changed.
New Abilities and Changes
There were some little changes and some big changes for various classes.
Level 90 Shaman Abilities
Your elemental weapon imbues are empowered, granting additional effects when triggered with Unleash Weapon:
Increases the enemy target's damage taken from your Lightning Bolt and Lava Burst abilities by 25% for 10 sec.
For 8 sec, your melee auto-attacks can trigger Static Shock.
When you use Unleash Elements on an ally, you are also healed for double the amount of healing done.
You leech heat from the enemy target, gaining 50% movement speed for 4 sec.
You take 40% reduced damage from the enemy target for 5 sec.
: Your Earth and Fire Elemental Totems draw forth powerful primal elementals directly from the elemental planes. These servitors are 50% more powerful than regular elementals, act as pets directly under your control, and gain additional abilities.
40 yd range, 2 sec cast, 12 sec cooldown
Harness and direct the raw power of the elements towards an enemy target, dealing X Elemental damage and increasing the caster's Critical Strike, Haste, or Mastery by 5% for 8 sec.
Level 87 Monk Ability
3 min cooldown
You split your body and spirit, leaving your spirit behind.
Use Transcendence: Transfer to swap locations with your spirit.
40 yd range
30 sec cooldown
Your body and spirit swap locations.
Level 87 Priest Ability
Spectral Guise is back in.
30 sec cooldown
Your shadow blurs into the darkness, leaving your true form behind. As a shadow you are invisible, but remain in combat. Lasts 6 sec or until your true form is hit by 3 direct attacks.

We have added visuals for the monk as well as other classes! Check the tab to see a few paladin, priest, and warlock changes!
Breath of Fire
(2 Chi, Ox Stance, 40 yd range, Instant)
: Breathes fire onto the target, causing
damage. Damage is multiplied by the number of Drunken Haze stacks on the target.
Crackling Jade Lightning
(40 Energy, 40 yd range, Channeled)
: Channels Jade lightning at the target, causing
Nature damage over 6 sec. // If the enemy attacks you within melee range while victim to Crackling Jade Lightning, they are knocked back a short distance. This effect has an 8 sec cooldown.
(1 Chi, 25 sec cooldown, Instant)
: You knock down all enemies within 0 yards, effectively stunning them for 6 sec.
(Chanelled, 3 min cooldown)
: Reduces all damage taken by 0% and redirects to you all harmful spells cast against your allies within 0 yards. Lasts 10 sec. // Being the victim of a melee attack will break your meditation, cancelling the effect.
(Melee range, 2 min cooldown, Instant)
: Strikes the target with lightning speed, incapacitating them for 4 sec, and turns off your attack.
Spinning Crane Kick
: You spin while kicking in the air, dealing (5.3 + 2.5 * level) Physical damage every 5 sec, to all nearby enemies within
yards. Movement speed is reduced by
. Lasts 6 sec.
Summon Black Ox Statue
(40 yd range, 3 min cooldown)
: Summons a Black Ox Statue at the target location. Lasts for 10 min. Only one Black Ox Statue can be summoned at any one time. // The Black Ox Statue interacts with your Provoke and Leer of the Ox abilities. // Guard (On - Click Effect) // Allies can right-click the Statue to gain the Guard effect, absorbing
damage. Any healing done by the Monk is increased by
while Guard is active. Guard has a 10 charges.
(Ox Stance, 15 yd range, 1 min cooldown, Instant)
: You reduce the damage taken by all nearby friendly targets within
, and cause half of all remaining damage they take to be re-directed to you. Lasts for 15 sec. // Avert Harm is cancelled if you reach 10% or lower health.
(40 Energy, 40 yd range)
: You hurl a keg of your finest brew, reducing the movement speed of all enemies within 8 yards by 15%. // Affected targets have a 3% chance to have their attacks missfire and strike themselves instead for
damage. Stacks up to 3 times.
(1 Chi, 45 sec cooldown, Channeled)
: You escape your physical form, dematerializing into the ether increasing your chance to dodge by
and providing immunity against magic damage and harmful effects for 3 sec.
(3 min cooldown, Instant)
: Increases your health by 0%, but you cannot be healed. Lasts 20 sec.
: Protects you from all damage and spells for 8 sec, but reduces all damage you deal by
. // Cannot be used on a target with Forbearance. Causes Forbearance for 1 min.
: Summons Shadowy tendrils out of the ground, rooting all targets within
yards for 20 sec. Killing the tendril will cancel the effect.
: Summons Wild Imps from the Twisting Nether to cast 10 Firebolts at the target.
New pet models.
Hand of Gul'dan
: Summons a falling meteor dealing 782 Shadowflame after 2.5 sec to all enemies within 6 yards. Targets struck are afflicted with Gul'dan's Grasp.
Ray of Pain
: Deals Shadow damage to a single target.
