Drops from Al'Akir on normal mode and has one of the new style random enchants.

Wowhead, battle.net, and other databases are currently WRONG about these new cata random enchants.

These 'elemental' named enchant types have FOUR STATS EACH, in order from highest to lowest:

Stamina
A 'core stat' ( Agi, Int, OR Str )
and a combo of TWO EQUAL RATINGS (or in a couple of cases, one rating and spirit)

So, as a rule of thumb, until it's fixed, you can automatically know that the one rating you see, like say 160 crit, the other rating will also be 160.

For hunters, if you get lucky and pick up a windstorm (crit/mastery) or stormblast (crit/hit) version of these they can hold you over until you get the 4 piece tier set. Since our tier chest is trash, you'll want to wear the tier legs & the Omnitron chest once you finally get 4 pieces, but you can put off legs til last if you snatch one of these.

This was posted back before the Survival nerfs. Now, you're best off praying for a Windflurry (crit/haste), or just using the tier legs since they have the exact same stats anyways.
