Wowhead, battle.net, and other databases are currently WRONG about these new cata random enchants.

These 'elemental' named enchant types have FOUR STATS EACH, in order from highest to lowest:

Stamina
A 'core stat' ( Agi, Int, OR Str )
and a combo of TWO EQUAL RATINGS (or in a couple of cases, one rating and spirit)

So, as a rule of thumb, until it's fixed, you can automatically know that the one rating you see, like say 160 crit, the other rating will also be 160.

I got this with an "of the Windstorm" enchantment last night for my enhancement off-spec. It has Stamina, Agility, Crit, Mastery, and a socket on it.

However, my armory page does not show the mastery on the belt that I see in game, so the Battle.net database is still wrong on the item.

Also, it's something of a shame that there's no Hit + Mastery random enchantment of this belt. That would have been the most useful thing for enhancement shamans since crit and haste are mostly "meh" for us.
