yay they really look 'snowy' by which i mean they are white which is nice.
i wonder what stats/random enchantments will they add. If, you know, they are worth making or not.

One bonus over the old Cogspinner design: There's versions for each armor type... so clothies aren't left out of the dust, and Plate wearers don't sacrifice their Armor rating.

One major con though, it's BIND ON PICKUP! This unfortunately means that we can't trade amongst other engineers who might find the random enchantmen you made useful to them.

Here's some useful info for my other cloth wearing friends

"of the Sorcerer"
+ 79 Stam (+790 HP)
+ 53 Int (+795 MP, +0.61% Spell Crit)
+ 62 Spell Power

I'm hoping there are better because aside from the +500 Health +435 manna and minor dmg boost (with a head enchant) I would loose my meta (CSD) + crit .

At least on my server, these are MAIL not cloth. Kind of a big difference.

As a plate wearing Holy Paladin, I tried this several times, in hopes of getting a str/int/spell power helm. Here's what I got instead:
3 "of the monkey" 61 agility/101 stamina
2 "of the battle" 73 strength, 62 stamina, 32 critical strike
6 "of strength" 101 strength
2 "of the tiger" 67 agility, 67 strength
1 "of the beast" 53 strength, 53 agility, 79 stamina
They all have 1681 armor, which is a big advantage. I'm going to use one of the "of the battle" until I get to 440 or the justicebringer 3000 schematic, which is REALLY rare.
They require 400 engineering to use, and the AH charges a big deposit which means that I would probably lose gold trying to sell them, so I guess I'll get them disenchanted and have a big pile of Dream Shards.

Since they're BoE, this is a great item to level off of if you have an enchanter too, since you can turn them all into dream shards afterward to recover most of the cost of making them. In my case, the market for leather and saronite on my server has collapsed so badly right now, whereas dream shards are in such high demand that I'm breaking even off of making these.

I think these might've been buffed because I just made a Sorcerer pair for myself and the stats are :

+99 Stamina
+66 Intellect
+77 Spell Power

As opposed to what's listed above.
