As if! This is obviously a reference to the song by Metallica on the And Justice For All. . . Album, Eye of the Beholder. . . Pretty sure thats what its referring to anyway :)

For minimalists who appreciate the "less is more" helms, this will be one farmable option when transmogrification arrives in 4.3. I for one can't stand the godawful helms that have horns, spikes, and other ridiculous embellishments sticking off them. In my efforts to obtain a mail version of this for my hunter, I also picked up a plate and leather version. I haven't decided yet if I'm going to sell them or keep them for my paladin and rogue.

Comes in 4 different colours; one for each armour type.

Fiery Beholder Eye
Crimson Beholder Eye

The lens on the cloth and plate versions looks the same colour. However the straps are a different colour. The plate version is the only one which comes with a gold strap.
