Just a little tips to people who want the gear, etc some of the pieces of
Farming "npc's" for the gear is not good, because the drop chance is very low.
I got the gear fast after doing some few daily quests in Outland.
The item you get from doing these quests is Shattered Sun Supplies 1x.
The chance of getting any of the Conqueror gear is 2%, i personally got the chest on my second daily quest.

The list of daily quests are:
Blast the Gateway ( This quest requires that you have completed The Missing Magistrix, with also ends with "one" of the daily quest npc's Magistrix Seyla
Discovering Your Roots
Intercepting the Mana Cells
Maintaining the Sunwell Portal
