Found this book in the middle of Dalaran in Aegwynns's Gallery. Not sure what its for. Found one more book as well. The Kaldorei and the Well of Eternity

This is one of forty books added in the 7.2.0 patch which can be found scattered around Dalaran. Interacting with the book will give you a rare-quality item version of it, which last for two hours before being removed from your inventory.

Item: Aftermath of the Second War
Container: Aftermath of the Second War
Location: Go to the very central building in Dalaran and stand on the teleporter pad in the middle which will bring you down into The Portrait Room. Head forward until the room opens up, and then head over to the room on the right. As soon as you enter the room, turn left and you should see a small table with a cup of coffee on it; the book spawns poking out from under this table.
