This trinket is garbage. For anyone wondering if it's worth using, even if you were somehow able to make use of the chest effect AND the bonus damage from someone else's Thunder Ritual effect, my 910 Umbral Moonglaives did 3 times as much damage both in single target and 5 targets than the 935 version of this trinket I got out of my weekly cache did. Vendor it/DE it unless you have literally nothing else, but honestly, even a stack stick with static primary stat in place of it's effect would end up doing more damage.
