This item seems to be a byproduct of various crafting professions. Likely to be required for making armors, flasks and engineering "perks". Unsure if it will proc every time one crafts something.

These MUST be in you bag's to spend, unlike most items that can be stored in your Regent Bank.

In 6.0 (Warlords of Draenor) there is no real way to "farm" these - meaning they don't drop from any mobs currently in-game.

There are 3 sources:
1. Work Orders in your garrison
2. Trading in 25 Primal Spirit in your garrison. (Click the "sold by" tab to view the vendors.)
3. Daily tradeskill recipes (such as Alchemical Catalyst from Alchemy)
