Blackwater Whiptail Angler Enormous Blackwater Whiptail

These can be fished up in Talador. This macro will allow you to combine all the fish in the zone so you don't have to search your bags and it speeds everything up.

At Shattrath City in Talador there are a bunch of Blackwater Whiptail pools. This is up top of the area where the FlightPath is at. Nothing to attack you so you can just jump on a raft and go nuts.

For Fishing Daily, Draenor Angler achivment or leveling fishing skills. For me best spot was in the small lake at Spire of Light, that area right in Shattrath City Flight Point in Talador (at Zamara <Flight Master>), some steps ahead then turn to the left, around 52,45. Remember this is up top of the city area, there will be no mobs to attack you. I found +-12 Blackwater Whiptail Angler School very close each other and fast respawn, giving you tons of Enormous Blackwater Whiptail and some others, when you are fishing last school it is full all over again, awsome!. Good Luck!

A good spot to fish for these is just NE of Vol'jin's Pride. There are two small waterfalls. On the lower waterfall theres a rock with some vegetation. There isn't any interference from mobs but you may see a player or two.

Bonus: Kil'uun paths nearby so if you're on the quest and don't want to search for him, you can park here and fish while you wait for him to come around.

I fished at 56.97, 41.41 with no mobs or NPC's to attack me after flying into Durotan's Grasp.

Fishing Macro, courtesy of my friend Hates:

/use Anglers Fishing Raft
/use Sea Scorpion Bait
/use fire Ammonite Bait
/use Jawless Skulker Bait
/use Blackwater Whiptail Bait
/use Abyssal Gulper Eel Bait
/use Blind Lake Sturgeon Bait
/use Fat Sleeper Bait
/cast Fishing

You can add your Nat Pagle hat if you have one. But "Fishing" has to be last in the list or your "cast" will be canceled out (interrupted).

I love this macro so much I had to share it. Even when you're fishing in non-Draenor zones (and don't need the special bait), this macro will keep you afloat, as it refreshes your raft on every cast.

There are three versions of the Blackwater Whiptail, and which one you fish up depends on your fishing skill.

Small Blackwater Whiptail - From 0 - 700 skill
Blackwater Whiptail - from 100 - 950
Enormous Blackwater Whiptail - from 650 up

As your fishing skill increases you become more likely to catch larger fish; at 950 skill and up you should catch only Enormous fish. To increase your skill use a good lure such as Worm Supreme, or one of the other Special Items that boost your skill.

All 3 versions of this fish create Blackwater Whiptail Flesh when used.
