So in affect you can make 42 of these + bonus from level every 3 days.

Also to note those that are looking to make 3 of the Epic BoE patterns for yourself it would take:

7 days for your first piece leaving 26 from 7th day cd's.
Second piece would then take a further 6 days leaving 10 spare.
Third and final piece would then take a further 9 days.

Totalling 22 days to complete the 3 Epic BoE pieces (not including bonus)

There are three sources to get these:

Work orders convert 5 xRaw Beast Hide into 1 xBurnished Leather, or 2xBurnished Leather if you have a level 100 follower in your building.
Daily leatherworking cooldown converts 20xRaw Beast Hide and 10xGorgrond Flytrap into 4xBurnished Leather at 600 and 10xBurnished Leather at 700
Turn in 10xPrimal Spirit in exchange for 1xBurnished Leather at your Garrison's trader (thanks TriXaM)

These are Bind on Pickup when bought from the Primal Spirit trader, so you can't buy on alts & send to your Leatherworker.

Stating the obvious I know - but read the vendor tooltips carefully!

If you create these via a non-professional Tannery in your Garrison, then replace it with something else, there is no way to use them (without the Tannery NPC crafter) Vendoring they are worth the princely sum of 1c each.

So ensure you use up any surplus you have before replacing your Tannery if you do not have Leatherworking.
