Take out the points in RV and put in Sanctified wrath and Vindication.
Imp RF > Toughness
Otherwise it looks pretty much cookie cutter.

Sure RF can be dispelled but only priests and shamans can dispel it.
And the other 8 classes that cant is gonna feel the 6% damage reduction.
That build looks alot better :)

I use BoM in pvp, just dont get enough dmg to play as dps without it.
Glyphs to use imo are judgement, turn evil and glyph of salvation.
