Try checking your combat log to see if it's dealing any damage.

Because..... Mocking Blow not working on players is ...... worth ranting on the official forums about.... ? Just saying ..... don't you have bigger things to worry about rather than Mocking Blow not functioning on players in PvP.... ?

i have tanked heriocs,naxx 10 and 25 and now tanking ulduar..not once have i used MB...maybe its a good move ..but there is rlly no need for it. and why would u use it in pvp anyway?

As was said above, pvp is alll about burst dmg, which usually means instant atks. Thus mocking blow is used for a quick 100% atk, not for the taunt effect. great move in pvp and can make the diff in finishing a guy off. Just look at the glyph for it, quite useful if you are really serious about low lvl pvp.
