Wowhead (aka Thottbot) has always been my goto for the 411 of WOW. I've tried searching for armor and if I add the filter to include speed as a stat I never get a return. I'm currently at 412 speed which is 13%. I would love to farm items that have speed on them but my only luck is randomness and the AH.
Is there a way to find armor with speed using Wowhead?

Armor doesn't come with any tertiary stats, let alone speed. All tertiary stats are randomly generated as a small chance, just as gear with gem slots. That's why you can't search for Bracers of Awesomeness with Speed, nor can you search for Bracers of Speed. The former has a chance to exist, the latter simply doesn't exist.

well i was afraid of that. I'll just continue to do all WQ that drop armor and keep up the expeditions and campaigns. PVP has been rewarding with +speed as well.

Why the option to search for +speed in your armor finder if it doesn't technically exist. I've got 15% in +speed and see it as an option in your advanced stats choices?
