G2A is, per se, a legit website, just be aware that this only mediates purchases from third parties. However, G2A (usually?) offers to add 1 to insure the purchase ("G2A Shield", selected by default)
Bought stuff from there a few times, never had problems.
For WoW expansions and game time in particular, Blizzard won't even notice where you bought them, you will receive a code which you enter in the Account Management, just like in the physical expansion box or the game time cards you would buy in a store.

Companies can choose to give discounts on their products, even gametime cards and expansion packs. Target, for example, gives 5% off with their debit/credit card on either of those two products. Best Buy gives 20% off expansions if you have their Gamer Club Unlocked membership. Nothing to be concerned about. However, I do see where you would be considering it's an electronic transaction through a website but the same principal applies.
As Nulgar said, you're good to go with G2A.

I can vouch for G2A as well, I recently bought a game through them and they were legit.

G2A had a history of stolen keys, however, they always did the refund if something was wrong (I assume they didn't steal them just got few from some shady deal) so in worse case it's just a waste of time. Hopefully, they've learned their lesson.
