I am playing for the first time using a localized (Italian) client. After years of English it sounds strange to me to listen to the characters speaking Italian.
I don't say it's worst or better. It's different.
I only faced a small problem. When I'm in trouble with a quest I really don't have any idea on how to look for hints because I don't know the original English quest's name.
To overcome this problem I developed a small addon who helps me to translate the quest's name from Italian (or French, German, Spanish etc.) to English. It displays the quest ID as well (useful here on wowhead).
It's still in beta, but it already works good.
So, I want to share my work with you. If you faced the same problem you may give it a try.
The addon has been published on curse.com with the name Tiramisù.
I hope this post is not considered as SPAM (I don't earn any money from this addon). I only want that my efforts are useful for other players.

Nice idea! I'll post the link for you (since you can't yet)

I don't speak Italian (save the few words I remember from lessons back then in school and Assassin's Creed) but I've seen several requests to Wowhead to implement the itIT locale (so you could search for quests etc. by their Italian name)
I'm not sure what's taking Wowhead so long, then again I don't know the underlying processes.
This addon, however, definitely helps Italian users bridge that gap.

Not just the Italians, since I use the quest ID and not the Italian name as source it can translate from French, German etc (even from English to English :) )

Well yes, but those others can use Wowhead's own search, including the searchbox plugins.
