Bloodscale Battleguard- I can assume that this effect is only during your turn where he is attacking, correct? Otherwise, I would have to suggest that you make his mana cost 8 to counter his effect.
Illidari Forsworn- I like the idea of how the mechanic works (it works much like the mechanic on Lightwarden
, Mana Addict
, and Mana Wyrm
), and think that this card is fine.
Bladespire Mauler- I would make it a 1 health that has it's health buffed by armor, otherwise it is too fragile, a silence would destroy it.
Bilgewater Demolitionist- Interesting mechanic, it would become an almost necessary card to see in a Hunter deck with Unleash the Hounds
for board clear, and if used with a paladin deck that has cards with the ability to give another card .
Vol'Jin- Good card, my only problem with it is there is no limit to the number of serpent wards that can be summoned. Make it 1 or 2 serpent wards.
Serpent Ward- Why the mana cost on it, since it is summoned by a battlecry? Also, that 5 health may be too much with the 3 damage to a random enemy. I would say remove the mana cost, either change the health of the card to a 1 or 2, and then switch the damage to the end of the turn as so that it isn't an overpowered board clearing card.
Vanessa Vancleef- A card that could become a 19/16 and have stealth along with the freeze mechanic for 4 mana? I would make that an 8 mana due to the potential stat buff.

OP, no offence. But there are some very neat ideas!
The Felsworn is my favourite. The basic mechanic is already in use ("when X is played, gain Y"), and this would be a fine add.
Bladespire Mauler is also a cool idea, but very abusable. I'm guessing we would start seeing a lot of Warriors
1. Stacking A LOT of armor
2. Playing this guy, Charge
him, and then Crazed Alchemist
him for something between 20-30 dmg in one hit.
I would also like to see Vol'jin in the game, but your Snake Wards are too powerful. Tone them down to 1/1's or 0/1 which deal 1 dmg to a random enemy.
Lastly, Vanessa's Stealth makes her super powerful. Not being able to silence that new 19/16 to a 3/1? That is why Edwin lost his Stealth in the first place. ;)
