As far as I know LnL, procced from Ice trap, doesn't trigger internal CD, so you can get another proc from BA immediately. Hence, if the encounters gives the opportunity I firstly use Ice trap, get it's proc and then hope for BA proc.
And the opposite - LnL, procced from BA, triggers internal CD, so after it you can't get a new LnL proc from ice trap.
This makes our rotation more complicated, if we want to get max DPS.
